Lola walks out with graded papers in hand and Riley attached to the hip.

Her lips barely lift up in a subtle sign of joy. Riley squeezes her the side of her arm lightly. Giving her a small kiss on the head, the older brother pulled her in closer.

A subtle grinned settled upon her features as she noticed a certain familiar figure walking past. Feeling a sudden burst of courage, she calls, "Hey Victoria!"

The red-haired girl turns around in curiosity. Her eyes slightly widening in confusion. Why was she calling her over?

To be honest, Lola didn't know. After the past night she felt a brief connection with the taller girl. She wanted to explore their possible bond further.

She waves Victoria over. Approaching them nervously, she wraps her boyfriend in a hug, awkwardly waving at Lola.

As she inhaled, still not used to their very open displays of affection, she asks, "Hey, you wanna maybe, um, sit with us at lunch? I mean you don't have to but, yeah."

Victoria looks at her as if she's gone mad. Why is she suddenly being so kind? Riley nudges her, gazing with slight mischief in his eyes.

Her even breathing now shallow from the fear, she says, "Okay."
