"what? you thought he was me?"

"Is he not Gill Burton?" then that means this person in front of me is ......Gill?

"pffft! HAHAHAHAHA!" He laugh so hard. " sorry Mr. Yu! hahaha I didn't mean to be rude but its really funny"

I think I'm super dumb. How could I even think that the other man is Gill. with his lifestyle how could he even had a hard time and ended up looking like that.

Gill Burton became more handsome than he was before. Good for him.

"its been so long since I last laughed like that, so I'll spare you this time."

should I say thank you?

" who she is again?"

"the secretary sent by Ms. Tracie."

"what? now she joining the game of auntie and dad. "

"Then maybe she wanna get married to Mr. Dawson soon."

" then why would she send someone like this." he looks at me. I dont understand what they are talking about but that sounds so hurtful.

Mr. Dawson is Prince, if tracie wanna get married to Prince then whats the problem?

what does it have to do with me?

"hey you" he calls me in a very rude way.

" ..y..yes?" I answered feeling small.

" are you confident on making me wanna marry you?"

" No." I immediately answered but at the same time confused and shocked

" wait.. hahaha!!" I laughed, he is joking right? "why would I want to marry you?" *hahaha

I laugh but they look confused.

" you don't know about the deal?"

Oh... the deal.

" of course I know. I have to work here for a year and she won't buy our land."

Gill looks more confused.

" that woman is really something. what is she thinking?" Gill talk to himself and thinking.

I'm pretty sure,100% sure that he doesn't know that I'm Xena. Or he just totally forgot about me?

" do you perhaps know me?" I asked him I want to know. If he remember me.

"do I have to know you?" what a rude fellow.

I just slowly shook my head, again feeling so small.

"I have so many things to do. just bring her somewhere like the others. And make sure she quit as soon as posible. She's an eyesore."

What?! what's wrong with this guy? He is too much. He become worst.  He totally change with no trace of the Gill Burton I knew before.

it's sad. That it's not only the old Xena disappear but also the old Gill, so it means that what we had before also is nothing now. We are a both new person, someone that never met before. We are strangers.

but us being stranger to each other is a good thing for me.

"follow me." I just quietly followed him. yes just bring me somewhere where there is no Mr. Gill Burton around.

Its a department not far from Mr. Burton office, its on the same floor.

"I have a new recruits for you."

all the people in the office stand up and clap they look so happy to see me.

Yes. I knew something is so wrong about thier reaction.
