"you guys made it" Lucy shouted over the loud music
"yeah i was worried i wouldn't be able to come" i shout back
"im surprised your dad was cool with you coming" Luke laughs and me and Adam just look at each other
"actually..."
"yeah it was really hard to convince him but in the end i was allowed to take her with me" Adam lies
i hate having to lie to Lucy and Luke but they don't get me like Adam does so if they knew the truth they wouldn't be happy about me being here.
"okay well lets get some drinks" Lucy says dragging me with her to the kitchen where people were downing god knows what.
"tut-tut-tut drinking at age 15 & 16" i laugh picking up a cup myself
"who cares, no one will ever know" Lucy laughs grabbing 3 drinks one for herself and 2 for the boys back where we entered.
after fighting to get through the crowds without spilling a drop we finally get to the boys.
"here you are my lovelies" Lucy says handing them their drinks
"i think shes drunk" Adam whispers in my ear
"Luke how much of that has she already had" i shout for my voice to be heard
"she has a name ya know and she doesn't think shes had enough have i Lukeyy" Lucy says stumbling before Luke catches her by the waiste
"don't call me Lukey" he laughs putting an arm round her shoulder to keep her upright
"don't let her have anymore of that" Adam jokes as Lucy tries to steal some of Luke's drink
"kill joy" she moans as i take it off them both
"right, you my friend, are coming with me" Luke says taking her away from us and finding Kara who led them upstairs.
then there was 2. Just me and Adam now.
"come on lets dance" he says dragging me and dropping our finished cups onto the table nearby
"but im not really much of a dancer" i reply as he starts twirling me round
"yeah we'll see about that" he says pulling me into a waltz position
"seriously?!" i laugh as Latin pop music comes on. I love Latin pop.
"salsa time" he says as he begins to salsa dance with me
"gotta admit this is fun" i say loud enough for him to hear
"yeah you're a natural" he says
and loads of other couples nearby stopped whatever dance style they were doing and joined in with couples salsa.
then unexpectedly Adam spins me again then catches me in a dip before pulling me up, our faces are so close to each other we kiss.
once he lets go he begins to apologize
"Ash i'm sorry i didnt mean to..." he begins but i place my lips back onto his to shut him up before letting go
"it's fine, honestly" i reply smiling to myself
"get a room you two" Kara whispers into our ears
"cough cough there's plenty upstairs cough cough" jesslynne jokes and we laugh
"thanks you two" Adam replies hiding the fact he's blushing
"come on, lets get more drinks" i say waving off to Kara and Jesslynne and holding on to Adams hand dragging him with me to the kitchen.
yeah today really was worth it. I'm glad i came.

also, just me or can you start to see a forming relationship between Luke and Lucy though its hard to come up with their ship name since both their names being with Lu.... unless Luky is fine XD
