Fights- We're missing something here.{7}

Tris's POV

I uncover the board to show the fights and luckily because there is only six transfers, there will only be three fights, hopefully they don't go on for ages, I notice that Aaron has a few bruises but I let it slide.

The pairs are:

Ash vs Aaron

Nat vs Jonah

Annalise vs Cooper

They all stared in horror of the thought they had to either beat one to a pulp or get beaten like a pulp instead.

"Ash, Aaron, get in the ring, we don't have all day. Please don't mess around and get on with it." Tobias says, clearly bored and so am I but I want to watch this fight because I care for Ash. I don't know why, I just don't want to see her hurt. Ever.

Aaron tries to punch ash in the stomach floppily because they sort of friends, I've seen Ash with Miley but I think Aaron and Cooper are mates and Cooper likes Ash a lot. He probably doesn't want cooper to hate him. Ash dodges and elbows him in the chin obviously not caring, she grabs his wrist and flips him over. She punches him in the nose repeatedly with a look of anger on her face.

I pull her off an unconscious Aaron and she is flailing her arms around, tears streaking her face "Ash stop" I say, she doesn't. "Were missing something here" I whisper to Tobias as I take her out of the room still with a tight grip on her shoulders.

I take her to an empty room with one punch bag in the middle. Her face instantly lights up and she starts clawing at the bag, she kicks it, elbows it and punches it. I go out the room for a drink and she barely notices, when I get back, she is in a sports bra and shorts. She looks so muscly now. It's unreal.

She punches it a few more time and then slides down the wall half sniffing and and half trying to calm down. I don't dare comfort her, she isn't like that, not at the moment. I roll the bottle to her and she picks it up thankfully. She drinks it all and puts it down.

"You wanna tell me what that was?" I ask in a stern but soothing voice. "It was just anger okay?" She snaps. "No it's not okay. He's done something to you and your not a stable person. I don't know if you saw Aaron as he was taken to the infirmary, he looked like he had been beaten by a big man, a very big, strong man. And that is certainly not natural for you." I state too her.

"I'm fine" she replies. "No your not 'fine' Ash." i move closer and sit next to her, she looks at me in the eyes. "No I'm not okay" she admits and then cries a little, I place my arm around her now cooled off shoulders. "What did he do to you?" I ask. She shudders and hugs her knees more than before, as if not letting anyone into her personal space.

"Well I thought he liked me and he told me he did. I told him I like him back, we kissed and at first it felt weird and unnatural bit then it felt perfect, it felt so normal to do." She says kind of smiling at herself. She then shudders again and her face drops. "Then he started touching me, he pushed me onto the bed. I told him stop but he wouldn't stop, he was kissing me, touching me I felt like... I can't even explain it." she still looks at the wall with a plain expression. "Cooper came in with some food for me and found me screaming with Aaron on top of me. He pulled him off me and started beating him up." Hence Aaron's bruises, I think to myself. "And I just hate Aaron with all of my body I hate him. There isn't a part of me that likes him." she says blankly.

I hold her close. "Don't worry Ash, let me tell you, the same thing happened to me just not as bad, although I was over the chasm not in a bed, just stay strong and don't give him a second thought. Miley's your friend right?" she nods "well stay with her as much as you can." She nods and gets up.

We walk in the training room. We had been gone for at least 30 minutes. Tobias is sat at the desk and the initiates that aren't at the infirmary are either shooting guns or throwing knives."

Ash, Nat and Cooper one the fights" Tobias says without a thought. He then looks at me eagerly, "What's up with Ash then?" "That kid Aaron tried to rape her. He is like an amity peter and I don't like it. He is mates with Nat and Jonah also, they are bad people babe" I whisper bending slightly over the other side of the desk he is sat at. "Holy crap, we better watch them three, they are the Peter, Molly and Drew of this year." I nod to him.

I turn and walk to the middle, as it's capture the flag I decide to dismiss them but to be in bed early. The others in the infirmary are going to live and will be fine for the capture the flag game.

Me and Tobias grab some food and get to bed early because of the game tonight, I am so excited!!!
