Guns- Training {4}

Tris' POV

As usual I wake up tangles in Tobias' arms. I love how we fall asleep in a cuddle, I feel so safe and know everything will be okay in his arms. "Ugh" I say quietly, first day of training. the clock reads 5 and training doesn't start for 3hours. I can't get back to sleep now.

I free my arms carefully as to not wake him up. He twitches and turns over but he's still asleep. I turn the shower on hot and hop in, the hot water soothes my body. I wash my hair and shave before I let the water run down me for longer.

I hear a knock and "Tris baby, you've been in there for an hour... can I have a shower now? If you aren't out in five minutes I'm coming in there with you!" He warned jokingly. I don't care of he comes in so I stay quiet but chuckle to myself.

5 minutes later Tobias hits the door with his shoulder I presume. Nothing. then a roar and him barging through. I laugh "You know Toby, the door was unlocked." I say innocently laughing.

He undresses and gets in the shower with me. We awkwardly study each other and them hug. It felt weird but it was with the man I love so I couldn't care less. "Toby, I'm afraid I'm gonna need to get out" he pouts and laughs.

I get out get dry and put a towel on my head to dry it slightly. I get dressed in a black round neck tank top and black skinny jeans. With my boots of course, I dry my hair and fishtail plait it to the side. I do my makeup lightly so it looked natural. just like Chrissy showed me.

Tobias was already out the shower and ready by the time I was doing my hair. I grab my purple leather jacket and we go to get some breakfast. We then walk to the training room and wait for the initiates.

By 7:58 all the initiates are there except Jonah, if he's late he will be in trouble with Eric. One second before 8 he runs in and Eric doesn't catch him. Thank god. Eric waltzes in five minutes late, he reeks of booze and looks like he hasn't showered for weeks! it's disgusting.

Tobias glares at him. Eric looks genuinely scared! I laugh a little then try to disguise it with a cough. I end up having a coughing fit but I'm laughing so hard I fall on the floor, everyone stares at me so I get up casually and brush off my pants.

We set to work."right! This morning you will be learning how to hold and shoot a gun. Tris, if you please?" Tobias states like a question, in that hot instructor voice of his.I held up my gun, stood in my position and fired three times at the target infront of me. all three fired in the middle of the target.

The initiates stare at them in disbelief, i smirked and shoted "Get on with it these guns arent gonna shoot themselves?!"

By the time it was lunch break, every initiate had hit the target atleast once, I had to help Ash though, she had the fear of shooting the gun like i did, but was suprisingly good once she got the hang of it.

"Lunch!" Tobias yells. Once all the initated leave, we set up knife throwing which i am actually really excited for, "That was good huh?" i ask kind of giddy but also out of breath. "yeah i suppose" he replies. "what...What's wrong?" i question him worried and slightly sad for him."Everyone was staring at you, the boys i mean, your too hot babe." he mumbles but smiles a bit on the last comment. "babe its okay, i didn't notice anyway, and if anyone trys to touch me i promise, i will knock them out." i smile. "Thats my girl." he chuckles. I lace my fingers with his and quickly check to see if everything is in place. "Let's go to the dining hall." he states with a grin. "yeah okay," i agree.

I hold his face in my hands, circling my index fingers on his cheek bones and kiss him. He bites my bottom lip asking for an entrance, which i dont give to him and whisper later between kisses, he pouts jokingly and we head off to eat, locking the training room behind us.
