Tris' POV

For the last week, me and Tobias have been in a relaxing apartment. We had a big bath tub in the bathroom so spent most time in there. There was a balcony on which I sat and thought about my baby. I want it to be a girl and I think Tobias want it to be a human of some sort. Which I also hope...
(AN I am a very sarcastic human being😂)

Today is my 16week scan. (Lost track of real time) My appointment is at 5.40pm so I have most of the day at the office. Since it was redone, we haven't done a lot to it. So far it has a big window and a glass door over looking the pit. Where Max's was. The floor is a grey granite flooring, and there is a kind of corner desk in the middle of the room which is white, that has a computer on it. I don't know how to work it yet but I will.

Currently Tobias is making some breakfast in the kitchen whilst I'm sat at the table. I look down at my stomach. It has a larger curve in it now and I actually feel pregnant. Wether some people can't tell or not I don't know, according to Christina, my stomach should be bigger than it already is.

I hear a knock on the door. I walk over and open it to see Shauna with a huge grin on her face. "Zeke proposed!!!" She squeals. "Oh wow! That's great!!" I say and hug her, she shows me her ring which is beautiful. She gasps, "it's your scan today isn't it." She says. "Yeah, it is. but I'm going to go to the office first and sort out some stuff." I tell her. "oh okay, well I'll see you later then?" "Yeah." I shut the door.

I go to the kitchen and grab my food then sit with Tobias. "what are you doing today?w I ask him. "I'm showing you how to use a computer and then I'm going to work." He says smiling. "okay, well I'm in the office all day and then I'm going to collect you to go to the scan." I tell him. He nods and stands up putting his bowl in the kitchen, which I follow. I then shower because Tobias showered whilst I was still asleep.

I then put on a shortish black tight dress and a blazer. I also put on some black heels. This is kind of what I feel is expected for me to go to work in, especially when I have meetings with officials. Max is still in the loop with all of this and he also dresses smart-ish. I guess it's so people take us seriously. I also dry then curl my damp hair and put on a small amount of makeup. My entire outfit is something Christina bought me.

Me and Tobias walk up to my new office that he will share sometimes but didn't really want to be apart of the full deal. He didn't want to do all the paper work.

At about 2, I have Will and Christina coming in for a meeting. And I think Max is coming in at some point but my day is pretty quiet. I will be organising the paperwork into cupboards and drawers though.

He guides me through the computer and it is rather simple. all I need is a blank document I can type on and all the data of dauntless which is on a hardrive that we can get rid of quickly if needed.

I start looking through the paper work and history of dauntless and see my moms profile. I have a look at it. It tells me about what jobs she did and according to this she has a flower tattoo up her side with piercings in the middle of the roses. I have no clue how she manages to hide it.

I look up to the glass door and see Christina and Will arriving. I beckon them in and they sit. "Wow Tris! Who new your posh clothing that you said you'd 'Never wear' would come in handy! And I love your office by the way." Christina tells me. "Thank you. It took us along time to organise it. I love being the main Leader of dauntless. But, why have you come in today?" I ask.

Christina looks at Will almost disapprovingly and looks back at me. "Well, will has been getting into fights when he's drunk and there not little ones, it ends up being like the whole of dauntless! And the reason he finds it so easy to get drunk is that there are so many bars in one place. I was just wandering if you could look into spreading them out." She says.

"I'm afraid I can't move pubs and clubs but I can install more security that alert me when a fight is starting so that we can intervene." I tell her. She nods happily and leaves whilst Will stats sat. "you can go now." I tell him.

"I want to propose to Chris but how?" He tells me. Im taken aback by this sudden announcement. "Um well don't take her to moth infested areas? Um, she likes beauty things, I don't really know, she likes big gestures. Make a big deal out of it. Honestly, I have never proposed. You'd do better asking Four or Zeke." I say. He nods "Cheers Tris." he walks out the door.

I walk out the office and see Max sitting waiting to come in. "Come on in!" I tell him. He stands up and comes in. He stares in ore. "It looks great! Well done, I was wandering if you wanted to be officially announced as a leader in the hall?" he asks me.

"Um yeah, I don't mind really." I say. "Well we can do that tomorrow if your free?" he asks. "I should be yeah, I have a scan later but I think tomorrow is free." I tell him. "Oh yeah! Your having a baby! How's it going? is the leadership going to get too much??" He asks. "No it'll be fine, I'll put a play pen in here or something." I say. He nods and stands, as do I. We shake hands and then he leaves.

I look at the clock and see that it's four. I look through some more paperwork but pin my moms up on the wall so o don't loose it. I will be reading into that.

I leave the office at 5:30 and go home to put on some joggers and a tank top. I lock the apartment and go to the control room. Tobias is sat at the computer watching something. I walk behind him and watch myself. Marcus is being arrested.

I tap on his shoulder, "time to go gorgeous." I tell him. "okay, let's go." he tells me.

We walk to the infirmary room and Tobias talks to the lady at the desk. He sits back down and we wait.

"Six?" A lady calls. I get up and follow her and Tobias follows me. I lay on the bench and she puts a cold gloopy substance on my belly and then uses a roller thing to move it around.

"Your baby is looking healthy and is developing well." She says smiling. "Can you see if it's a girl or a boy?" Tobias asks. "I'm afraid because of the position of baby, we can't tell. You can usually tell at 20weeks. Come back next week and I'll check for you. Ask for Dr Ash." She says. I nod and wipe the stuff of my belly. "Thank you." we say and both leave.

We go back to the apartment and decide we should get a little extension done so the baby has its own room.

"Night baby, Night other baby." Tobias says getting in bed. "Night." I smile, and go to sleep.
