Fay climbed her way up the crystal stairs and out of Trollmarket. She pulled out the horngazel that Bagdwella had given her. Fay drew the arch and pressed her hand to open the doorway. As soon as she made it underneath the bridge the wind howled passed her. She was thankful that she had the cloak still on.

Fay continued on to Master Jim's home through the backyards of some homes. She wandered what it was like to only walk on two feet as she watched Toby and Aaarrgghh rush down the street. Fay was torn between deciding to follow them or to continue her job. Fay buckled the satchel and ran after the duo. Turns out Fay focuses on a struggling Jim in the sky. She could see that the stalkling had him. Fay galloped to Toby as Aaarrrgghh positioned himself and caught Jim midair. Toby and Fay rushed to Jim's side as he went through his " shocking" expressions.

" Gotcha." Aaarrrgghh stated

The stalkling fell beside the group with a thud. Fay looked over to check if it was still alive. When she saw pieces of stone on the ground, she let out a breath that she had been holding. Suddenly a slice sound was heard as Fay turned back around to see Master Jim's sword land between Aaarrrgghh and Toby.

Fay smiled and slowly trotted out of sight until she made it to the backyards. The rain began to pour as she hopped over fences. Fay galloped through the rain as she came upon sight of master Jim's home.

Fay was about to walk through the back door until she ran into something hard. Fay stumbled back to rub her head. She only caught the color of blue stone in front of her.

" What are you doing out here?" Draal asked her as crouched down to her level

" Messenger." Fay stated as she pointed to the satchel that was soaked

Draal glanced between her and the satchel, before guiding her back towards the home he resided in. He was worried that the soaked cloak, that she was wearing, might make her sick. As soon as Fay made it inside the house, he walked over to the hallway closet for a fluffy blanket. Fay wandered inside and took off the soaked satchel. She began to pull each letter to make sure that they were dry. All of them were thankfully dry.

Fay sighed with relief as she took the satchel and hung it up on a hook. Fay stretched then shivered as the cold just hit her through her soaked cloak. She hugged herself and turned around to find Draal standing there with a large blanket.

" Here, you'll need this to warm up." Draal said as he handed her the blanket.

" What about you?" Fay asked as she took the blanket, " Aren't you cold?"

"I'm used to it." Was all he said before he returned to the basement.

Fay quickly stripped and wrapped the blanket around her and wore it as a cloak. She then hung up her sweater and the cloak on an object that holds other garments. Fay tried to copy the other hanged garments that were next to a box with a circle. She hung up her clothes and trotted towards the kitchen where the letters were.

She noticed that most of them were for Master Jim. She set all of his in a pile in his room and sorted out the others. It turns out she needs to go to a travel agency and a museum. Odd places to deliver letters but she is willing to deliver them.

Fay still wondered if Draal was actually cold or he is used to it. The suspicion grew more everytime she looked up at the basement door.

Finally Fay had enough and trotted to the door with a letter addressed to him. She was determined to deliver the letter and find out if Draal was really alright or not. Fay opened the door and slowly moved down the stairs. She could hear movement as she took a step on a creaky stair step.

" It's just me." Fay spoke as she made it to the bottom

" Good." Draal stated as he moved out from behind the heater.

Fay trotted towards him and gave him the letter. She was about to turn away but Draal had caught her.

" Stay, please?" He asked of her

Fay simply smiled and layed down in front of the heater. Draal joined her by laying on the other side of her. They layed there in silence until Draal grunted. He decided that he would at least look at the letter before tossing it aside.

" Do trolls feel cold?" Fay asked as she stared up at the ceiling

" What?" Draal looked up from the letter and stared at Fay

" Like do you guys feel the rain the same way humans and I do?" Fay re-worded her question for him

" I guess we do. I mean we can feel the sun shining us when a part of us is exposed to sunlight." Draal answered her

" Huh." Fay thought before staring at his form, " Aren't you cold on the ground?"

" Us trolls, are use to it." He bluntly said

Fay didn't believe him. She scootched over to where Draal layed. Upon seeing him reading the letter, Fay took a large portion of the blanket and threw it over him. Draal eyes immediately met hers as she watched his reaction.

" What do you think you are doing?" He asked her

" You looked cold, so I gave you part of the blankie." Fay answered him and leaned against him

Draal was at a lost for words. Never had he thought that the sweetest thing he once called a "punching bag," would give him part of their cover up. He smiled and wrapped his arm around Fay.

" Thank you." Draal said before staring back up to the ceiling

Fay smiled and snuggled within the blanket. She was happy that she had accomplished friendship between Draal.
