Fay struggled to get away from the glass as she moved around in the trash. As she was just about to climb out, the bag lifted as she was dumped into more trash. Glass fell on top of her as she tried to escape but one shard tore her face and wing. Fay silently cried in fear that a nearby human would hear her. She had to get out of there. Quickly, she grabbed one of the sharp glass shards and pressed it against the bag. It suddenly burst open as she fell through and onto the hard pavement.
Shoes jumped over her as Fay got up from the ground. She quickly moved to the curb before she lost balance. She tried to grab onto some trash as she fell threw a hole.
" For the sacred, I blind this light!" Fay quickly cited as she fell darker into the sewer, emitting a small light.
She tried to fly but her wing couldn't as she found the tear in her wing. She could see yellow eyes coming closer to her as she fell. She hoped it was Draal but suddenly became worried as grey claws swiftly caught her.
" Well, well, well. Looks like someone threw you out." Angor smirked as he lifted some trash off of Fay's head.
" No, I'm just lost." Fay cried as she held her arm that was bleeding
" Hmmmm, Come with me, little fairy." Angor said as he carefully carried her back to where he hid from daylight.
" Where are you taking me?" Fay questioned as a drop of water fell on her head
" You will accompany me when my master is gone, therefore I will attend to your wounds that you have." Angor Rot spoke finally as he stopped and smirked at her
" When your master comes back, may I leave?" Fay calmly asked as Angor gently placed her on the ground. He squatted down to her height and pulled out a small cloth that he began to rip
" No, the world above is too dangerous for a precious fairy like you." He gently spoke as he tore off a long piece and wrapped it around her arm.
" Thank you." Fay thanked him as she gently examined his work
" I don't need your thanks. I just want my wish." Angor said as he grabbed the fairy and placed her in a mason jar that had a small puddle of a green liquid.
" Wish?" Fay questioned him as she looked down at her hands
" You and your kind think you can hide away all your magic from the outside world. I wish for my soul to be free from the hand of a changeling!" Angor bursted with anger as he stabbed his dagger into a nearby wall.
" Please, I'm working on it." Fay pleaded knowing that he would find out her lie soon enough, " It takes time for a wish to happen."
" Hmmph! Fine, but you're not going anywhere!" Angor yelled at her as he brought down a lid to the jar. He then poked holes in it with his dagger and left in impatience.
As soon as Fay thought that he was surely gone, she broke down onto her knees and sobbed. In fear she knew that she might not make it out of the hands of this monster. Fay curled up into a ball and sat down in the dirty jar. She may have not been safe for the night but she found some courage to reassure herself confidence. That she will overcome this problem. From the time she broke out of her crystal to the special moments she has had. Fay began to think about all the memories she has lived through. The adventures with Master Jim and others that she took on her own.
" If only my mum could see me now." Fay whispered as she placed her hand on the dirty glass.
" Ha, keep telling yourself that." A dark voice chuckled as Fay panicked in her little spot, " How is my wish coming along?"
" It's, uh, slowly coming together. I barely have enough magic left." Fay coughed as her hands began to sweat.
Suddenly the jar was picked up and was shook back and forth, rapidly. Fay yelped as some of the liquid splashed onto her. Causing her wing to hurt more as she was tossed around inside.
" You will grant me my wish by tomorrow night!" He demanded as he slammed the mason jar onto a broken piece of pavement
Fay only nodded as she cried into her hands. Shaken up that she might not make it out to find Master Jim. A bright light emitted from her hands as each water droplet fell into her hands. Fay looked up to see the light encase her form.
" Yes, yes. Good my little fairy." Angor laughed as Fay silently wished for someone to come rescue her.
The burst of light then sprouted from her hands and beamed into the night sky. Causing a commotion from up top.
" What are you doing? Stop it!" Angor questioned as he took the jar again and shook it up.
Fay hit her head on the glass a little too heard as she passed out in the green puddle that resided in the jar. Little did she know that the golden beam of light tracked it's way to back to Master Jim's house.
Inside was Master Jim protecting Toby from getting hurt from a furious Draal.
" You lost her?!" Draal growled as Jim stood protectively in front of Toby
" Steve took her out of my hands and threw her in the trash! I was attacked but Jim came and saved me. We looked everywhere in the trash, in the dumpster, and even Claire looked in the girls bathroom." Toby tried to explain himself as Draal got down on all fours.
All of a sudden, the burst of light came barreling through the door and stopped in front of the Trollhunter. Causing Draal to take a step back in surprise. Wrapping itself around Jim's wrist was a small rope with Fay's crystal ball that showed him where she is. Everyone gasped in surprised as they saw how dirty and rough she was being treated. The wound on her cheek left Draal angry as he peered through the tiny glass.
" She's some where in the sewers." Claire pointed out, "Perhaps that's the reason we couldn't find her."
" Fay...." Jim murmured as he thought of a plan.
" I'm going" Draal spoke up as he was just about to leave
" Wait! I can't lose you too! Stay here while we come up with a plan to save Fay." Jim stepped between him and the door
" She is in trouble and all we're doing is sitting here! You heard her wish, she wants to be rescued" Draal tried to tell the Trollhunter
" Please, Draal. Please trust me on this. I promise, we'll get her back." Jim stood his ground as Draal slowly calmed down
He slowly left the group of humans only to return to the basement where such memories of Fay resisted. He silently laid next to the blanket that she woke up in and gathered it to his face. He had to trust the Trollhunter.
