Logan felt like he was sorted into a box. Figuratively, of course. The other Sides thought he was emotionless and only cared about Thomas' basic needs to survive. He allowed them to think this; it was easier that way.
Although, he wasn't emotionless, and he certainly cared more about Thomas' life than the others thought, especially Roman.
"Uhhh, okay, dad," Roman had insulted him. The fanciful Side had even admitted to it, and although Patton had stuck up for Logan, Logan clarified to Roman that that was Patton, and that he was Logan. If he convinced the others of who he was, he felt he'd convince himself that he was who he is.
"True that, Pat." Roman pointed at him.
"Uhm, I'm Logan?" Logan hadn't meant it as a question, but that's how unsure it came out. He knew that Patton and himself were very different, complete opposites even, and didn't understand how Roman could accidentally mix them up, after knowing each other for practically their whole lives.
He wasn't sure but it seemed like Roman was being a jerk, and he let his opinion be known to Roman. Logan was already insecure about who he was, and he surely didn't need the others to add to that.
"Good 'ole Virgil monologue back again." Logan had laughed and then pursed his lips, staring into the camera to see what he looked like.
"Yeah, you are Logan..." Joan, one of Thomas' few friends that had actually met all of them, which made sense considering that they worked a lot with them, had corrected him.
Without knowing why, Logan had smiled in return, shaking his head. He was either going insane or was finally losing himself. He didn't know who he was anymore.

This was stupid but I feel like I needed to write it.
It seems like the only things I ever write are Logan and/or Roman angst. To be fair, that's only because the two of them are a mystery to us (considering their rooms (and character arcs) haven't been revealed yet), and they're very interesting to hypothesize about. I delve into the unknown because it's fun.
Is it just me or does this face look like Roman is pleading with Logan at this point?

It seems to appeal to my theory I came up with from the Deceit Sanders Sides video that I will re-include here for anyone that doesn't remember it: I WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS THE DOCTOR WHO REFERENCE. So, I'm pulling this stuff kind of out of thin air and based on my own headcanons/theories, but bear with me. I was surprised when Logan was the one that caught that Thomas made a DW reference. Logan responded with "Fantastic" which is a 9th Doctor quote. For those of you who haven't seen DW, the 9th Doctor has just come out of a really bad war that annihilated his entire species (so the 9th Doctor is the last of his kind) and he's very lonely. What if Logan quoted the 9th Doctor because he relates to that specific Doctor, and like him, Logan is lonely? Awe...

My guess for the Sanders Sides videos... picture this: the next video could be Logan's room (in which we learn more about him, and he is revealed to have emotions). The next video after that could introduce Sleep and/or other Sides (all of them at once would be so cool (like, imagine a buncha Sides popping up because character!Thomas feels overwhelmed, and the main four Sides are trying to keep things together (although Virge is panicking) but failing)). The next video after that could be a duo between Roman and Patton, and by the end of it, Patton is concerned for Roman (because we all know Roman IS acting weird). The next video after that could be Roman's room video (in which Roman's insecurities are revealed) (and imagine, now that Logan having emotions is revealed, Logan caring for Roman (so cute)).
Something I've noticed.... the Sanders Sides videos aren't about the Sides. They are all about character!Thomas. Like... character development for one of them is just showing character development in Thomas. This revelation has ruined my life.
