He was out of breath. Running eight miles will do that to you. Especially if you don't want anyone to find you.

Logan sat shivering and cold on the curb, head in his hands. He felt bad just up and leaving in the middle of a conversation with the others; they just wanted to help him.

But he couldn't take it. They were asking him all kinds of questions about how he feeling and he honestly didn't know how to handle them. He'd been having a hard time explaining and understanding his emotions, and he hated feeling pressured to face them after trying to just suppress them for so long.

His clothes were soaked since a Florida shower started shortly after he left the house. He could barely see through his glasses anymore, but it's not like he was trying to. It was dark, and he was alone.

Running away from his feelings wasn't the most logical thing to do, and he knew this, but it was only thing he felt like he could do at the time. He just needed to get out.

Feeling something warm fall over his back, Logan looked up blearily and recognized Roman standing over him. In his big jacket with the hood up, Logan almost mistook him for Virgil. "R-Roman?"

Roman nodded as he let go of the jacket he put on Logan. He flipped the hood up over Logan's head to stop the rain from pouring onto him. Helping Logan up, seeing that he couldn't do it himself as he was shivering and shaky, Roman wrapped an arm around him.

As Roman led the soaking wet person home, he rubbed Logan's shuddering shoulders and listened as his teeth chattered.

"H-how did you f-find me...?" Logan managed to ask, momentarily looking up at Roman as they limped along.

Giving him a deadpanned look, Roman let out a light chuckle. "You're kidding, right?"

They walked slowly through the rain, and during that time, Logan realized he must have ran in circles since they weren't all that far from home. That, or Roman teleported them back home, seeing as they were only figments.

Logan was half-delirious when they got back to the house. Concerned that he would get sick because of being wet and cold, Roman set him on the couch and went to get a big blanket for him.

Patton and Virgil approached the couch quickly and hovered over Logan in worry. Grabbing Logan's cold hand as Roman wrapped him up, Patton tried to warm him up.

The last thing Logan remembers before falling asleep was Patton telling him that it would be okay.

...

I don't ship Logan and Roman romantically, but for some reason, I just really like the idea of one of them taking care of the other. I don't know.

Sorry for this being so short

Sorry for this being so short. I just really liked this ^^^ prompt, and I really like Logan and want him to be cared for, and for him to be understood and for it to be proven that he has emotions.
