"This better be important, Apollo." Reklamo ni Cohen nang tawagin siya ni Apollo palabas ng silid, palayo kay Piper.
"Chill." Apollo let out a short sigh as he typed on his phone. Afterwards, he raised his head back, returning the phone on his pocket. "Gusto ni Coach na kausapin mo si Sawyer, kumbinsihin mo daw siyang pumirmi na sa paglalaro ng basketball at tumigil na sa soccer."
Cohen grimaced. "Bwisit! Yan lang pala? Sana tinext mo nalang yan! Alam mo bang dahan-dahan ko nang nabibingwit si Piper?" inis nitong sambit.
"Nabibingwit?" napangiwi si Apollo.
"Yeah! I even had to pretend that I was stuttering and acted all gentle shit just so she could assume that I'm head over heels for her." May pagmamalaki sa pananalita ni Cohen.
"Careful with that girl, man." Apollo chuckled.
"Yeah, I always have a condom in my wallet." Cohen smirked.
"You don't know Piper Valverde." Apollo insisted, his tone seemed like a warning.
"And you know her?" Sarcastikong tanong ni Cohen.
"I kinda do, I kinda don't. After all, she's the bestfriend of my boss' girl."
"But you gotta admit, she's hot," lumaki lalo ang ngisi sa mukha ni Cohen.
"Good luck with that, buddy." Ngumisi si Apollo at umiling-iling pagkuway nagsimulang maglakad palayo. Hindi lumilingon siyang nagtaas ng kamay bilang paalam kay Cohen.
"Siraulo," napailing-iling na lamang si Cohen.

BUMALIK si Cohen sa silid kung saan iniwan si Piper at laking gulat niya nang madatnan niya itong papaalis na. He couldn't help but stare at her legs as she made her way towards him.
"You like what you're looking at?" Piper said with a soft and seductive tone making him gulp at the realization that she's already standing right in front of him, and he's just standing there while staring at her legs.
"Yeah," he nodded and smiled as if he's lost in his own mind.
Piper chuckled sexily. "Too bad we can't always get what we want."
The smile on Cohen's face instantly faded.
Cohen stilled when Piper began to walk towards him, slowly, looking straight at his eyes with a sly smile on her face. And as they were inches apart, Piper reached for his face, gently caressing his cheek. Cohen froze. His eyes rested on Piper's soft red lips.
The smirk on Piper's face widened when she saw how Cohen tugged his own breath, the veins on his neck grew more visible. Piper moved her lips closer to Cohen's and just when their lips were just about to touch, she went towards his ear and whispered. "I really have to go now but can you continue preparing for my braylee's party?" she moved her lips, just enough to touch his ear lobe. "Make sure her party becomes perfect okay?"
"Y-yeah," wala sa sariling sambit ni Cohen.
"Also, can you give us a discount?" she asked seductively and Cohen instantly nodded.
"A-anything for you," Cohen was almost breathless. Lost in thoughts.
"How about you let us rent your bar for free? How about that?" Piper asked, this time Piper trailed her fingers down to Cohen's neck, down to his chest.
And when Cohen felt Piper's hands on his belt. He was in complete Daze.
"Yeah." Cohen unconsciously nodded.
Piper let out a soft giggle and immediately took a step away from Cohen, letting go of him.
"Thank you!" she was smiling from ear to ear.
Her words snapped him back to reality.
"W-what?" he said under his breath. Confused. Writhing. Devastation all over his face.
"Bye! Thanks ulit!" nagmamadaling paalam ni Piper at tuwang-tuwang naglakad palabas ng silid, may ngiting tagumpay sa kanyang mukha. Samantalang si Cohen naman ay hindi parin makagalaw, nakatulala at hindi makapaniwala sa nangyari.
"I almost forgot!"
Biglang nabuhayan si Cohen nang bumalik si Piper. Pero laking gulat niya nang bigla na lamang siya nitong hinalikan sa pisngi at muling naglakad paalis.
Makaraan ang ilang sandali, natagpuan ni Cohen ang kanyang sarili na nag-iisa nalang sa silid. Naiwan siyang nakatayo parin at mabibigat ang bawat hininga.
"What the hell just happened!" inis na bulalas niya habang nakangiwi at agad na napahampas ng paulit-ulit sa kanyang puson.
SAMANTALA, habang bumababa sa hagdan ang dalagang si Piper, may ngiti ito sa kanyang mukha.
"Round one goes to Piper," mahina niyang sambit habang humahalakhak.
