Out of sight, out of mind—but for me that was never the case.
His absence wasn't enough for my heart and mind to forget about him, it was never enough to make me love him less.... But somehow, it was enough for me to realize that it's time to let go. It's time to accept the fact that Apollo and I are just not meant to be together.

Panay ang kantyaw ng mga kaibigan ko habang inaayos ng photographer ang pagkakaayos ng buhok ko para raw hindi matakpan ang toga ko. Sana talaga hindi nalang ako nagsuot ng extensions at hinayaan ang maikli kong buhok na manatiling maikli.
Gusto kong ngumiti nang maayos pero natatawa ako nang wala sa oras dahil sa kanila. Kung alam ko lang na magkakantyawan lang kami sa yearbook pictorial, sana hindi nalang ako sumabay sa kanila.
As the photographer took a photo of me, the camera's light flashed before my eyes and before I know it, memories of the past year came flooding back my mind. Memories of what lead me up to this exact moment.
Last year was a really tough time for me. For awhile, I let my emotions get the best of me, I let it affect my grades up to the point that my professors have threatened to give me a fail. I was even told that I might not graduate on time. And that's when I realized how stupid I was being.
I decided to just put all my attention in getting my grades back up again, in redeeming myself in every way that I can. But of course it wouldn't be possible without my friends. They all helped me get through it. We got through all of our hardships together. We moved on together.
And now here we are... just days away from finally graduating.
"I can't believe we're about to graduate!" Braylee was jumping happily as we left the auditorium where our pictorials were held. I couldn't help but smile at the way she kept playfully choking Lucho from behind. Nagbago na talaga siya. I mean, she's still our dumbaby Braylee but she seems happier now more than ever. She's more outgoing and positive too. She could even drink now without going through her stages. Palibhasa tinuruan ni Cohen nang tamang counter attack para 'wag tamaan agad ng kalasingan. At kahit ako, di alam yun. They say it's a secret, just between the two of them.
