Turn two - First Day Part two

Yushida had just finished his first two class, it was Mathematics and then art. Mathematics was a boring subject mostly involving numbers. Today's lesson was just simple addition and subtraction really, something that even children could do, maybe it was to ease the students into their first day or maybe the teacher himself had very poorly planned out the lesson and as such decided to give the students a simple exercise, art on the other hand was a less boring subject as it seemed to inspire much more creativity in youths and most people in general...something which society seemed to lack. Either way so far today was dragging by. As it was almost break time and there would be some time before his next lesson yushida decided that he would go the quad and take a break.

As soon as he arrived at the quad he saw a small crowd of people gathered around two people, each one had a kaiba corp duel disk on their left arms and both had decks in them and lit up signifying that they were about to engage in a duel. On the left was hideo but then on the right was the imposing izuna. Yushida knew that there was going to be trouble.

Izuna snorted and laughed at the frightened Hideo, he looked totally confident in his skills as a duellist. "come on piggy. I've been itching for a good duel all day and you seem like the perfect opponent."

Hideo on the other hand not only seemed unconfident in his capabilities as a duellist he seemed outright afraid of the idea of participating in a duel against someone like Izuna. Nevertheless, Hideo drew his starting hand and then he swallowed nervously. "L-leave me alone!" Hideo was clearly not okay with the situation at hand.

Both then spoke a single word at the same time, Izuna shouted in a strong and confident voice while Hideo spoke in a shaky and uncertain one. "Duel!"

Turn 1 (izuna)

Izuna drew The first card from the top of his deck, his deck now held 6 cards. "I will start by summoning Silver gadget in attack mode!" izuna took a single card from his hand and placed it on his duel disk. As izuna played the card a bright light shined from the ground in front of him as a large gear like machine made of pure silver appeared from the light, it's small claws pinched slightly as it stood up. (Silver gadget - LV4/ATK 1500/DEF1000) "I place one card face down and end my turn" Izuna placed a single card in the back slotted of his duel disk causing a large card to appear face down in front of him.

Turn 2 (Hideo)

Hideo swallowed nervously as he hesitantly drew his card, His hand now held 6 cards. He took a single card and then placed it onto his duel disk "I p-play haniwa in attack mode..." After placing the card, a small brown creature made of mud and rock appeared in front of him, it had little holes where it's eyes and mouth would be and in those holes were tiny little yellow lights that seemed to show where it's eyes and mouth were. (Haniwa - LV2/ATK 500/ DEF 500) "I end my turn..."

Turn 3 (Izuna)

he draws a card and laughs at the pitiful move that Hideo had made. Izuna now has 5 cards in hand. "That's it?? That's your big move?? I'm going to enjoy this! Now I summon Gold Gadget!" he slammed his card on the duel disk. After doing so a bright light appeared once again as a gear like creature appeared beside silver gadget this time it was gold in colour and it too had small pincher like claws. (Gold gadget - LV 4/ATK 1700/DEF 800) "Silver gadget destroy that little turd he calls a monster!!" Silver gadget charged at Haniwa and then swung its little pinchers at the small rock figure smashing it to pieces. (Hideo Lp 4000 - 3000) "Now gold gadget I want you to do the same thing and knock down that tub of lard Hideo! His Gold gadget dashed at Hideo and curled its little pinchers together into fists, swinging both of them at hideo hard. (Hideo LP 3000 - 1300)
