Turn 52 - Practice makes Perfect

Yushida had arrived at the quad where the others had gathered.

"So this it?" He looked at Casey, Izuna and Hideo.

"Yeah sadly." Izuna sighed. "But we cant expect the others to come from across town all the time and they can practice themselves."

"Fair point." Yushida nodded and looked at the group. "So who's dueling first?"

"I will." Izuna stated. "And I believe I owe you a rematch Hideo."

"Yeah you do." Hideo smirked.

Casey looked at the pair and smirked slightly. "Guess you two are up first."

Izuna nodded as he stood at the one end of the quad waiting for Hideo to get to the opposite side. "Its been a while...remember our first duel? Where I was...an indecent person..."

"I remember." Hideo sighed and looked away before he readied his duel disk. "But that was then and this is now! So let's have a good match!" Hideo grinned.

Izuna began to smile as he too readied his duel disk. "Yeah!"

Both duelists stared each other down and they drew their opening hands and shouted in unison. "Let's duel!"

Turn 1(Izuna)

"I'll go first!" Izuna drew his card, holding 6 cards in hand. "I'll warn you I'll be coming at you with everything I've got!" Izuna slammed his card on his duel disk. "I normal summon gold gadget!" Izunas gold gadget appeared in front of him, raising its mechanical claws towards Hideo. (Gold gadget - LV4/ATK1700/DEF800) "And his effect let's me summon my cannon mechanical chaser!" Izuna placed the card on his duel disk as his chaser appeared by gold gadget. (Mechanical chaser - LV4/ATK1850/DEF800) "I'll set 2 cards and end my turn." Izuna set a pair of cards in his spell and trap zone.

Turn 2(Hideo)

"My turn! I draw!" Hideo drew his card now holding 6 in hand. "I'll normal summon delta the magnet warrior!" Hideo placed his card on his duel disk, delta appearing as he did. (Delta the magnet warrior - LV4/ATK1600/DEF1400) "now I'll use his effect! I send alpha the magnet warrior from my deck to the graveyard!" Hideo took his card from the deck before placing it in his graveyard. "And then I'll play foolish burial letting me send another card from my deck to the graveyard! I'll send beta the magnet warrior!" Hideo took the card from his deck and put it into the graveyard. "Now I'll play set 3 cards facedown!" Hideo set 3 cards in his spell and trap zone. "Your move!"

Turn 3(Izuna)

"Alright then! I draw!" Izuna drew his card now holding 3 cards in hand. "I'll tribute my mechanical chaser so I can summon my blowback dragon!" Mechanical chaser vanished and in its place appeared blowback dragon, which raised its gun head towards Hideo. (Blowback dragon - LV6/ATK2300/DEF1200) "and I'll activate its effect! Targeting your delta the magnet warrior...I can toss a coin 3 times and if I get 2 heads I can destroy your card!" 3 large coins appeared on the field and were flipped into the air."

"Then I'll activate my trap card! Rock bombardment! So I'll send Gamma the magnet warrior from my deck to the graveyard and give you 500 points of damage!" Hideo took his card and sent it to the graveyard and rocks appeared above him which were then flung at Izuna. (Izuna LP 4000 - 3500)

"Aghh!!" Izuna grumbled as his coins hit the floor, his eyes widening upon seeing all 3 were heads. "Guess its goodbye delta then." Blowback dragon reared its gun head back before unleashing a powerful blast at Delta the magnet warrior which subsequently destroyed it.
