Turn 17 - Warrior and dino

Ryuoko's challenge to yushida was certainly a surprise but then so was everything in this tournament so far. Ryuoko was now leading yushida towards the pier of kaiba land but Alicia however felt she needed to find the others. This duel was going to be intense and she wanted to make sure everyone was there to support yushida...as she and Rebecca had all their duel cards then the others must either have theirs too or already be finishing up their final duels in this round.

Alicia was running through the amusement park and she saw Rebecca ahead. "R-rebecca!"

"Alicia?? Is everything okay? Did you find yushida!?" Rebecca asked her, seeming worried.

Alica was bent over panting slightly. "I-I did...he's fine...but that teacher from his school dragged him off...shes going to duel him."

"Duel him? Why's she in the tournament? wait...her names ryuoko kurohime right?" Rebecca asked slightly interested but as if she knew something.

"Yeah why?..." Alicia asked as well.

"She's the former champion known as the ocean queen...she won the tournament 5 years ago but practically disappeared off the map...only to resurface now..." Rebecca stated. "We gotta find robby and the others...this is going to be one intense duel...I just hope yushida can hold his own against her." Rebecca ran off in one direction to look for hideo and izuna while Alicia went off in search for robby.

In another part of kaiba land robby was still searching for yushida, he held his duel cards in his hand. He wanted to find yushida but just like everyone else he wanted to get to the next round as well. "yushida's probably fine...yeah these idiots hideki sent after him can be annoying but they aren't that tough...just a bunch of wimps who need to gang up on people to get what they want."

"so someones been ganging up on that yushida fellow?" Ron walked over towards robby.

Robby looked at ron. "Who are you?" he asked seeming quite untrusting.

"Ron Ieyasu...son of the owner of ieyasu enterprises and a duellist in this tournament." Ron stated quite firmly. "And yourself?"

"Robert north...I'm also in this tournament." Robby replied, seeming a bit more at ease.

"Well Robert how about a duel? I have to get just 1 more duel card to get to the next round so how about it?" ron asked, holding up his 3 duel cards.

"I'm in a bit of a hurry....i'm looking for yushida....hideki's gang of idiots attacked us." Robby replied but then robby also looked at his own duel cards. "buuut I too only need 1 card...I'm certain that aa quick duel won't hurt...plus after that I will be in the next round."

"That is if you win." Ron smirks and readies his duel disk.

Both duellists stood at each other staring each other down, they were stood before a large carousel that was currently in use, the various Different duel monsters mounts on it continued to circle around the attraction repeatedly until it finally stopped after a few seconds. As the attraction stopped both duellists shouted out ready to start the duel. "Duel!"

Robby drew his card, he held 6 cards in hand. "I'll start off with my marauding captain!" Robby played the card and before him appeared his monster called marauding captain. (Marauding captain – LV3/ATK1200/DEF400) "He also lets me special summon a level 4 or lower monster from my hand...so I'm gonna summon gearfried the iron knight!" Robby placed this card on his duel disk and beside marauding captain appeared gearfried, clad in his black metal armour and brandishing his great blade. (Gearfriend the iron knight – LV4/ATK1800/DEF1600) "I'll set this card and end my turn!" Robby had set his card and ended his turn.
