Three bets part 11-The FINAL bet

The third bet.

She enters into a time loop and can restart it 3 times, the condition is that the great sage must remain alive.

She arrives in a peaceful city.

This time, he is just a normal human.

When the bet begins, he works in a company, his life is uneventful and peaceful. He is not burdened with fate, restriction, and rules.

He also has a happy family.

In this bet, her appearance changed, she doesn't even recognize herself.

She became a nobody, just a random person you would find anywhere on the street.

He's married, he has a wife and a daughter. Every day of his life is lived in bliss and contentment. He goes to work and gets home at a regular time. He would go on an evening stroll with his family in the park while holding hands. At night, he would make some interesting toys for his daughter out in the balcony.

She would always observe them from a distance. However, she can never get a clear image of the wife and the daughter's face.

One day when he's getting off work, he got into a car accident and died.

It happened so quickly that she could not intervene in time.

Her mind is in a daze and the loop restarts for the first time.

Back on that day, she grabs onto his arm and tells him that he will die.

He's hesitant and not sure if he should believe her words. But he believed her when he saw the oncoming car crashed into the pedestrian fencing. He thought he avoided death. But that night when he brought his daughter out to the park's playground, his daughter fell to her death from the broken slide.

He holds the corpse of his daughter as he mourns, eyes full of anguish and grief. He asks her if he can choose again.

She quiets down for a moment and then tells him that there're 2 more chances.

Then the loop restarts for the second time. She tells him about his and his daughter's death. He believes her again, because this time, he saw the accident on the pedestrian fencing and the huge hole in the slide.

She thought that it's about time for the bet to end. However, on that night, he stayed at the company to finish some extra work, but on his way home, he received a call from the hospital.

There was a gas leak in the building where he was living. There was an explosion and it killed both his wife and his daughter.

She then realized that this bet is a loop of death.

He stands outside of the burnt building with tears streaming down his face, at that moment, she realized what his and her decisions will be.

"If what you said was true, does that mean there's a chance to start everything anew?"

He asks.

She nods.

But the truth is, she doesn't have any more chances left

For the last time, she restarts the time loop.

When she meets him again, after a lot of consideration and hesitation, she decides to tell him all the truth.

Time will unfold in the cruelest way. His death, his daughter's death, and then his daughter and wife's death.

Under the evening light, he smiles.
