Grim apartment part 5

Summer fairy peeks at the sleeping baby in the bassinet.

It's a gorgeous little baby girl.

But, her both her parents seem to have passed away in the disaster that happened today.

The bar is closed early for special reason.

Seon Mi is sleeping on the sofa while with the great sage's jacket draped over her.

He's sitting by the counter and looks at the baby with a strange expression. That's......a small fragile life both he and she saved together.

She's so small and vulnerable, but so quiet right now.

"I have always thought Miss Jin Seon Mi was amazing, but today, I.....finally realized she shares a lot of resemblance with you." Summer fairy says as she pours a drink for Son Oh Gong.

"Resemblance? Us?" He's a little bit surprised.

"Miss Jin Seon Mi always persevere until the end if she's determined to do something. Even with a confession, she can say it in the most mind-blowing way." Summer fairy smiles kindly.

The hand that's holding the glass halts for a second.

"To bleed and cry together and shoulder everything together, that means she's willing to accompany you in life or death without any regrets." Summer fairy's hand clasps and chuckles,

"she doesn't want you to march into danger, but she doesn't want to interfere with your decision. A long time ago, she came to look for me and asked if it's possible for demon and human to live happily ever after. I think back then, she's already decided what path she wants to go down."

He's stunned by her words and his hand tighten around the grass. But the tip of his ears is turning red......

"Hyung-nim, the child........the company does own some orphanage......" Oh Jong says hesitantly.

"Let's keep her inside Sureundong for now. If she has any relatives, let them take her if they are good people. If not.......then we'll decide when the ghoul month finishes."

Summer fairy looks surprised.

He's changed.

After been with Miss Jin Seon Mi, his tough heart has become soft.

The next morning, something big happened.

At about 5:30 in the morning, PK charge into the great sage's wooden house drenched in rain. Before the great sage erupts with rage, PK is already holding onto his legs and starts wailing.

"Oh Gong-hyung, you have to save me!!!"

PK is bawling his eyes out, he doesn't look like a CEO of a company. He takes out a black envelope.

Oh Gong frowns, noticing the black mark of the scythe on the outstretched hand.

His sleepiness is instantly gone.

"What did you do?" His expression becomes solemn. This is serious, he could be the first demon to be branded by the mark.

"If you don't want to become minced pork, then you better rake your brain and tell me every little detail in the past few days."

He thought that the people who receive the mark are criminals. But this PK? He doesn't understand. This pig is capricious, to say the least, he's greedy and always have vague relationships with a lot of ladies but, they've been friends for hundreds of years.
