When I woke up next my whole body was in pain from when Zeref shoved me into that freakin mountain. I tried to stand up but realized I was shackled to the ground, I quickly looked around me to see that I was in a dimly lit cave full of green glowy crystals. I looked around some more to see Korra chained up in the air, my eyes widen in surprise seeing she was still unconscious she was missing her shoes as her pants where rolled up to her knees and her hair was down as well I struggled with my chains as I didn't have enough fuel in me to use my flames. That's when Zaheer and Zeref walked into the room.

Zeref: "Ah good you're awake it would've been a shame if you missed the grand finale." I just glared at him growling slightly.

Me: "Let her go Zeref or I'll..."

Zeref: "Or you'll what if I remember correctly you failed to stop me and now you don't even have the power to create a single flame." He had me there but that still didn't make me stop struggling as some other members came out with wooden bowls that smelled of... Mercury? They brought it closer to her as she started to wake up immediately thrashing her her chains.

Korra: "When I get out of here none of you will survive! You hear me Zaheer!" That's when she noticed me in the corner. "Brandon? What are you doing here?" I shook my head.

Me: "Why don't you ask that jackass he put me here." I said gesturing to Zeref as he walked up to Korra.

Zeref: "My my such hostility but I suppose we should get started." One of the Red lotus members started bending the bowl of Mercury out separating it into four separate puddles. "Once this poison makes contact with you it will force you into the Avatar state in order to keep you alive unfortunately for you it'll be the last time." My eyes went wide as I started to struggle against my chains again. "This will be the beginning of a new age... the age without the Avatar."

Me: "Zeref don't do this the world needs the Avatar don't you get that?" He just turned and smiled at me before signaling for the poison to be transferred to Korra's body. I could see the fear in her eyes something I rarely ever saw. I thrashed some more trying to break out, I needed to save her I needed more power. I watched as the poison touched her skin as she screamed in pain, it was unbearable I've never heard that before. I watched as it slowly entered her body as the Red Lotus member bent it further into her body making her scream even louder. I growled as I started to pull the chains forward feeling heat start to rise in my body and some of my teeth start to grow longer. Korra's eyes started to glow white as she started to enter the Avatar state, I saw the armless waterbender and Lava bender get into positions ready to strike once she enters the Avatar state more. Korra screamed one more time and that's when I broke as my chains shattered from the wall causing a huge explosion. When the dust cleared I was hunched over breathing heavily as white flames flowed around me I rushed forward punching the Red Lotus member bending the poison into the wall next to him before glaring at Zeref. "You will not be leaving this place alive, none of you will and you sure as hell won't be taking Korra's life I WON'T ALLOW IT!!" I rushed forward and punched Zeref square in the jaw forcing him back a few feet but he still held his ground as he laughed maniacally.

Zeref: "Yes this is what I wanted from you now face me my Dragon Slaying King, Zaheer deal with the Avatar I've waited for this for a long time." I growled as I breathed fire straight at him hitting him dead on and into the wall leading to the outside of the cave.

I ran after him jumping into the air throwing a kick to his head, but he blocked it with ease as I then spun around throwing my heel into the side of his head throwing him onto a nearby rock wall. He came out still unscathed still smiling at me but with the look of death in his eyes as he pulled his hand back engulfing it with black fire before thrusting it back out towards me. I turned my head to the side barely dodging it as to crazed my cheek cutting it open, I ignored the pain and engaged Zeref once more as we traded punches, kicks, just about anything we could throw at each other. We threw a punch at each other hitting each of our faces at the same time forcing ourselves backwards a bit.
