Chapter 19

I get tackled Darwin snapping at me, while Cody and the rest of them come running towards me.
"Don't Cody. My sister needs to beat him. It's her fight," Charity says as I kick up with my back paws making Darwin fly off me. I get up off my back my eyes locking with his growling.
"You won't beat me Clarissa dear," Darwin says and I growl louder.
"You're head is mine," I state licking my lips.
"We've got to beat him Clarissa. This isn't child's play. He's tough, but we are tougher. You better be able to beat him or our head is his," Lexis growls.
"No worrying Lexis. We've got this," I assure her.
"Get away from her Darwin!" I turn back seeing Drew growling.
"He's mine Drew!" I yell.
"Clarissa you're my mate, and plus if I see you hurt I'll kill him, so that's why I want to fight him to end him," Drew says. I get tackled by Darwin phasing back into my human form as well as Darwin while he smirks at me.
"You're dead meat," I smile as he furrows his eyebrows then Drew grabs him off of me swinging him around in his wolf mouth.
"Are you ok Clarissa!?" Charity asks as I get up getting ready to phase again.
"I'm fine don't worry about me Charity," I smile at her before I quickly phase back running towards Darwin and Drew.
"You stay away from Clarissa! She's mine," Drew growls as Darwin phases snapping at Drew.
"You don't know her like I do little boy. You've got it wrong because clearly she's mine," Darwin growls and Drew attacks Darwin making him whimper fleeing back away from him.
"Get him now Clarissa!" Drew yells at me as I phase back in my human form right as Darwin does and I tackle him wrapping my fingers around his throat.
"Goodbye Darwin hope I see you....never," I growl squeezing his throat until I hear a crack knowing I killed him. When I get up from his body I'm pulled into a hug.
"Baby I'm so proud of you," Drew says kissing the top of my head as tears well in my eyes.
"Tyler died because he helped save me, and it's my fault," I admit and Drew spins me around our eyes locking.
"It's not your fault Clarissa. Please don't blame yourself for Tyler's own choice. He wanted to fight to save and because of it he died a hero. Do not ever blame yourself for someone else's death ever," Drew says as I look over seeing Charity cry holding Tyler's body.
"Can we please go home?" I ask tears softly falling down my cheeks.
"Sure lets go home, and we'll have a burial service for Tyler," Drew says as we head home. After we got home we buried Tyler saying our goodbyes and then we just hung out not knowing what to do.
"Hey you ok?" Rowan asks and I look up seeing him watching me with his hands stuffed in his jean pockets.
"Not really. I just want Tyler back," I admit as he sits down beside me wrapping an arm around my back.
"You know you can always talk to me or the other guys right?" Rowan asks and I nod.
"I know but right now I just want to sleep I don't want to talk right now," I say.
"Alright then. I hope you get some sleep Clarissa," Rowan says getting up leaving the room while I lay down closing my eyes falling into a deep sleep.
