76- The Ones Who Want to Die

"He's going to be fine," Poppy stared at her feet holding the phone to her ear. "Fisher is," she lifted her head a bit.

Mason replied. "Okay. That's good to hear...It's good to hear your voice too."

"Sure."

"Poppy...I didn't mean for any of this to happen. I'm sick...and I'm going to get help. I looked down on you because I thought you were the sick one...but I'm confused and I'm going down a road that only ends badly...like with a cliff or something. And I want you to know that I'm going to get better. You don't have to be my friend. Just...forgive me...please-"

Poppy hung up the phone. She sat in the waiting room and began to weep.

Liam put his arm around her. "We should go home. We can't stay here."

She looked at him. "Could we make a stop? Drop me off somewhere."

Sadie sat in front of her camera. She looked at herself in the mirror behind it. She looked a mess. And that was the point. Her eyes were red, the lids a bit swollen and bruises on her skin, visible by the vest she wore. She took a deep breath then she pressed record. 

She bowed her head then she looked at the camera. "Hi everyone," she pouted. "I know today isn't your usual Monday video. But I couldn't...," she sighed and shut her eyes, then she looked at the ceiling, tears blurring her vision. She sniffled and wiped her cheek. "I'm sorry. I couldn't sit around and do editing. This needs to be said now. Today... I've recently been...feeling really depressed. Really unhappy. I've been having these unnatural thoughts. Thoughts that I just shouldn't be having. And today just feels like it was the last straw for me." She began to weep. She took a tissue and pat under her lids, looking upwards. "I've been having suicidal thoughts," she looked at the camera. "I've wanted to die for a while but I laughed it off. Then, today thing went down hill. Mason dumped me by shouting at me. He told me that he hates me and wants nothing to do with me. Then, I had a run in with Poppy. She attacked me for no reason whatsoever. She lied to our teacher and told her that the principal was asking for me then took me unto the football field and beat me. She pushed me unto the grass and sprayed me in the eyes with pepper spray. And she sat on my chest. Not to mention grabbing me and pinching me. I get that she hates me...but this," Sadie pointed at her eyes. "She doesn't know what I'm going through. She doesn't know how unhappy I am. And then she bullies me? She's been lying about me to her friends and they've been lying about me on their own channel, Charlotte with them. Link in thr description. I know that she was assaulted in her house. I guess maybe she attacked me because she really does think I would hurt her. But I would never do that. I'm not crazy like she is," Sadie stared into the camera.
