'You know, there is another way, you shouldn't give up that fast.' she told me. She did stress me out, and now she is fixing that by calming me down. Thinking with my own enhanced brain, I try to figure out how in the world I can still fix this.

'Well, how?' I ask, wondering if she has an answer.

'First of all, we have to go back to my laboratory. It's safer there and it's not safe for you to be out here wondering the streets. You might be mistaken to be the other you and you might get imprisoned.' the suggestion was fine, but why should I trust her? I did only meet her right now and I somehow killed her family.

I displayed a weirded-out look, unexpectedly, she noticed it. 'It's okay if you don't want to. I may be your only hope now, your trapped here, no one to help you, no one to understand you but me.' she said.

I sigh, this was a tough decision, but what can I do? She's right, I have no other choice. I will die anyway if I stay here. I nodded, allowing her to know that I trust her. She started walking to it, I followed behind.

'Are we going to the woods?' I ask because I can see plenty of trees in the direction we are headed.

'Yeah, it's a bit of a walk but we're somewhat close.' she said. Okay, I better prepare myself mentally for what I see in her laboratory. For all I know, this place might have talking dogs or this tree might pee on me.

After a few steps, we see a red, medium length and size bridge. It looked old and rigged, it's about to fall into ruins. I looked at what is under the bridge and to be honest, I didn't know why I didn't expect this. I see a pool of black water, the freak is that?

I look over at Blake, she seems to be thinking about what we can do to cross the bridge, without it breaking of course.

'Any idea how we can get to the other side?' I ask, hoping for an answer.

'Nothing much, we're just going to cross that bridge despite its current condition.' she said. That answer shocked me, she is about to suicide and she is bringing me with her.

'Are you mad? Do you want to die?' I said.

'I've crossed this bridge more than you, so if you just follow what I do, we'll be fine.' she said. It did make sense. Maybe this is really how this world works, old means new.

She went first, slowly but surely. Surprisingly, this bridge seems to be in good shape. I started walking with her when suddenly, I heard a creek behind me, I look behind.

'Blake? Blake!' I shouted as I see the end where we went into collapse. She looked back and saw this happening. I see the terror in her eyes.

'Run!' she shouted at me. I didn't contemplate or complain about it like my previous decisions, I mean, I'm trying to save my life man!

We reached the other end of the bridge, I'm almost sure that I was close to falling off, as you can notice, I didn't. It wasn't a pleasant sensation, a feeling of almost dying. I look over at Blake and she seemed exhausted. Is she really that tired from just simply running?

'Hey, Blake. Are you okay? That bridge almost got us.' I said, trying to calm her down the best I can.

'Yeah, I'm fine. I just haven't gotten any rest for a few days.' she said. Self-deprivation really isn't a good thing to do, sleeping too less can kill you, you know? It wasn't far off when I hear a noticeable change in the area. I asked my assistant to make me a GPS Image of where we were, hoping that GPS is available in this place and immediately, I saw a white lab in the middle of the woods. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only thing to it.

'Blake? Do you know who these people are? They don't look good.' I asked.

'Those are not people.' she said. It terrified me a little. I got to the conclusion that she might be referring that they are aliens. 'They are the failed Mutated Plants of my fellow scientist who, sometimes, fortunately, more often, unfortunately, lives with me.'

'What do we do? Are they going to eat us?' I wasn't comfortable at the moment, just earlier, we almost fell off a bridge, now, we might be attacked by the vegetables I eat. They might get revenge on me!

'Don't worry, I have 4 serums that can disable their senses.' that statement gave me relaxation, not until my Assistant told me there are 5 which means we might have to battle 1.

'We have 4 but there's 5, are we doomed?' I asked, this world is going to drive me crazy, I just know it. One second I'm calm and the next, I'm finding a way out of Pluto.

'Stop worrying too much, this world is different from yours. Things like this are normal, not sure if in your world is.' she said. So it's normal for people to be stressed all the time here, great.

The bushes shook, the trees swayed, I looked at my GPS which, by the way, is a hologram projecting from my watch, shows that they are 5 meters away from us. Suddenly, I see vines growing and charging our way, this is the end of us. Blake is calm, she grabbed a weapon from her bag and started shooting at the plants, what a badass!

She threw me a sword to fight with, this wasn't any ordinary sword, energy is projecting from its handle. 'Wait until one plant reveals its face and throw this serum in its mouth if it opens it.' she said, throwing me some serums in the process. I scanned the materials used for this thing with my Assistant, for future reference.

I started waving my sword everywhere and it did absolutely nothing. Blake, on the other hand, is doing great. She already took out 2, leaving the 3 for me, but I can't do it, not in this condition. She aimed at me, I was shocked but it turns out that she was just aiming for the vines binding my feet in place, setting me free.

I wasn't going to let myself be embarrassed so I took this opportunity to do the best I can, although I was new to this. I'm a fast learner so Yolo. I sliced a lot of vines, and out of nowhere, I see a cabbage-looking plant open its mouth. I can see green fluid building up in it and it started spewing it out at me. This thing is going to digest me from outside its mouth!

I didn't hesitate to throw the serum at it, successfully hitting its mouth. Okay, 3 down, 2 more to go. I have the last serum but the last plant is playing it safe. Luckily, I have an assistant. I used it to track it down and right when I see it, a vine pulled me from my feet up. I just sliced it off with my sword and charged at the cabbage face. I broke the serum on my sword and stabbed the cabbage with it, it worked.

The last one cowered away, I noticed from my GPS and Blake motioned for me to go, so we did.

'Here it is, my laboratory.' she told me, I just wonder how much trouble she had to go through just to get in and out of this laboratory. Hopefully not the same as what we just did now.
