Ya Nasir visited her in the hospital with his wife. Rukkayya spoke immediately after they exchanged pleasantries with Ahmad.

"Anty Hajara didn't you guys go to work today?"

"We will do at ad soon as we leave," Nasir beat his wife to answer.

"Why are you ignoring me?" Ya Nasir added immediately noticing her strange behaviour.

"Where is my baby?" Rukkayya asked her sister in law still ignoring her brother.

Hajara laughed before responding. It was always a delight watching her husband and his sister. "He is in school. How are you feeling now?"

"I am much better, thank you."

"We brought you this," Anty Hajara announced as she placed a shopping bag on the bedside.

"Ayyah, thank you so much Maman Haifa."

"Rukkayya," Ya Nasir calls as he sits on the chair Ahmad had just left.

She shrugs her left shoulder looking away. Ahmad barely suppressed laughter.

"Okay, you're upset with me. What did I do?" Ya Nasir asked.

"When last did you visit me?"

O'oh!

"Haba fave, you know I can't always visit you, what do you want people to say about your elder brother uhm?"

"Ba wani (That's not it)! You're just trying to outsmart me," Rukkayya said with a subtle pout.

Ya Nasir chuckles, he puts a hand over her head and neck for some seconds before he asks. Thankfully she wasn't difficult to pacify unlike her elder sister. "How are you feeling now?"

"I'm okay."

"Alhamdulillah. Why is that thing hanging around your nose though?" Ya Nasir queries in his attempt to calm her.

"I know you know what it is," Rukkayya smiled.

"Is this how lazy you've become Rukky? Common oxygen, someone had to strap a nasal cannula over your nose ehh? Mummy must hear this!" Ya Nasir joked although he was hoped there were no complications. He had a number of questions but he saved them for later. It didn't seem right to bother any of them with questions in the hospital.
