Chapter 44: Enough

Fixing a broken heart was never an easy task. Yes, I'm still affected sa nangyare kahapon. Hindi ko matanggap that a certain person would do such a thing. Kuya Fifth has no Enemy. Well, I guess cause hindi ko naman siya nakikita everday.

"Tell me please?" I am begging Eros to tell me who was the responsible person ruining Kuya Fifth and Ate Princess' bond.

"Mortals and Demigods should not know anything of these." Sambit niya.

Humiga na siya sa kama niya. Umupo ako sa custom bench niya sa harap ng kama nila ni Psyche. (Still Jealous)

"Eh bakit kay psyche sinasabi mo?" Then I pouted.

"She's a matchmaker and she's my wife too." He supplied.

I sighed. "Where's that child of yours?" Tanong ko.

"With Zô. Now go. Get lost!" I snorted and then flashed out of their house.

Ice cream and movies. Cyan and I are having a movie marathon. He said that I need to watch love strories that have tragic endings.

I don't know why but I like it better than those cliche stories where the princess will marry her prince and they'll live happily ever after. I do believe in fiction that the mortals made up. For us, Fictions exist. But I do not believe some stories. They say couples will 'Live happily ever after' but the problem is no one can live 'till forever.

Forever is where to people who love each other so much that they forgot how many days, weeks, months or years have passed.

"At first I thought 'friends with benefits' was a movie about sex and stuffs. In my opinion, I think it's melodramatic."

"Ang choosy mo. Edi ikaw maging Director!" sambit ko sakanya sabay bato ng popcorn pieces.

Tumayo siya at sumilip sa glass wall ng unit niya na kita ang city.

"Kotse ni Zô yun ah? Ah oo nga."

"Hoy! Nagsasalita ka jan?" Then lumapit ako para tignan rin yung tinitignan niya.

O________O " Hindi ba't si Ate Cess yan?"

"Oo. Tsaka si Zô." casual niyang sabi.

"Are they dating?"

"Nah. They're bestfriends."

"Since when?" Tanong ko.

"Last last week." then umupo na siya sa couch.

Bestfriends. That word reminds me of a story. A story where Cupid and the princess of underworld are always together. We were bestfriends then. Even if he is the goddess of love he can't read my heart. Hindi. joke lang. I hate Bestfriends story. It's just that ... Masyado nang nasanay yung isa na bestfriend lang ang turing sa isa. nakakalungkot dahil manhid siya at yung isa ay torpe.

Nawalan na ako ng gana kaya lumabas muna ako saglit at pumunta sa isang park na malayo sa unit. It was a peaceful neighborhood. Walang malalanding mga teens and certainly no irritating kids running around playing tag.

"Excuse me,miss." Napalingon naman ako sa nagsalita.

"Yes?" It was a man. That looks like hmm... 27?

"Have you seen a little boy about this tall running around?" tanong niya.

Umiling ako." None. Why Have you lost your kid?" Tanong ko.

Siya naman ang umiling. " No, I'm an uncle."

"I'll help you look for him."

He smiled. " No thank you-- Tyler! There he is!" I saw the kid on top of a branch of a tree. Tumakbo agad kami nung lalaki.

"Ty, I was worried. Wag ka nang hihiwalay ulit sakin ah?! Kanina nasa mall lang tayo, tapos dito ka nakarating?" He scolded the child.

Yung bata naman parang walang pake. "Hi Mommy's pretty friend."

Now that he mentioned it, I kind of remembered a kid named Tyron. It was Lyle and Angelique Domingo's son. So this guy must be--

"Zachary by the way. You can call me Zack." Then he raised his hand.

I smiled. "Hi Ty. Hi zack. Well, I better go. I have an errand to run."

Kahit wala naman akong lakad parang gusto ko lang lumayo. Like I wanted the whole world to just shut up for a minute for my sake. But there's no such place kaya pumunta ako sa unit at binasa ang huling pahina ng 'The Underworld' Book. I have the second book by the way. 'The Sea' It was at a book sale. So I bought it. I wasted 900 pesos for an old book that was not even for sale. Though it was on good condition since I bought it up on a vintage store. They value and treasure everything inside their store.

"Don't you have classes?" Tanong saakin ni Cyan.

"Bukas pa. Wag kang atat." sambit ko.

"Alis ako a."

"Edi umalis ka." Bulong ko.

"Susunduin ko lang sa airport yung mga kumag. May inaasikaso kasi si Fifth." Kinuha na niya ang car keys at wallet niya at lumabas na.

I smiled widely. Finally, Darating na sila. Pero bakit ang aga? Wala pa ngang one week e.

Pinaasa lang ako ni Cyan. -__________- Sa sunday pa talaga sila darating. Ginagago lang ako ni Cyan. Kaya nagtamputampuhan ako sakanya. Alam niya anamn kasing gusto ko na silang utusan, niloloko pa ako. :3

"Ian, Nandito na tayo." Bumaba na ako at pumasok sa gate ng school.

Nakakatamad pero kailangan. Malapit lapit na rin kasi ang exam namin. ayoko namang bumagsak kahit papaano.

"Sunduin na lang kita mamaya." Sabi niya saakin at umalis na.

Pumunta ako sa classroom at nakitang may nagkukumpulan na mga babae nanaman malapit sa upuan ko.

"Ian, Nanjan na tropa mo." Kumunot naman ang noo ko sa sinabi ng classmate ko. Akala ko ba sa sunday pa ang uwi nila?

"Excuse me." seryoso kong sabi. Nag siupuan ang mga babae kanina at finally nakita ko na sila.

"Hey Bianca!" Bati ni sven.

"Iannnnnn!!!! Namiss kitaaaaaa!!! May pasalubong ako sayoooooo!!!" Si Two sabay yakap at bigay saakin ng macaroons.

Umupo na ako sa upuan ko.

"So? What happened? Care to share?" Tanong ko pero agad naman silang tumalikod.

They don't have bruises. Wala rin naman silang kahit anong cut sa mukha. Maybe they won? Pero hindi naman ako sure doon kaya tinawagan ko si Nico. Pero hindi naman niya sinasagot.

"Hey losers!" Napalingon ako sa nagsalita.

It was Zô Maceda.

"Anong ginagawa mo dito?" Madiin na tanong ni Liam.

"Haha. Easy! Mag eenroll lang naman ako e." Then he grinned.

"In the middle of the school year?" Kunot noong tanong ni Ms. President.

"Isn't it obvious?" Pabalang na sagot ni Zô.

Napatingin siya saakin. "Hi Princess." He called me.

" Alam mo bang natalo namin sila Nico? hahahahaha!!! Ang galing ko kasi e!" And just like that my blood starts to boil.

"I had enough of you asshole!" I blurted.

"Hahaha Bakit naman?" He smirked.

"Don't play games with me." Seryoso kong sabi.

"Im not playing games." Nakangisi niya paring sabi.

Nakita ko sa labas si ate Princess na tinatawag si Zô.

"Alright then, Zô. Get ready."
