"Wow, alright" Beca said after the door slammed shut. Both ladies let the room fall silent for a few seconds. Beca stood by the door; Chloe was on the other side of the room by the window. It was silent before Chloe began to speak.
"She can be such a cunt" Chloe cursed.
Chloe couldn't believe Aubrey. She wasn't pushing her away. If anything, Aubrey was pushing Chloe away with the bitching at her lately. It wasn't the redhead's fault she only wanted to be around Beca lately. It was the first time Chloe felt this way truly about someone.
"Do you think this is destroying us?" Beca asked; snapping Chloe out of her thoughts.
"What?" Chloe returned quickly; her head looking over at Beca.
Beca had her arm's crossed. Her feet shifted from left to right as her head was looking down; facing the ugly red carpet floor. It was an old dark red shag carpet that didn't match the golden floral walls.
"You and I being together. Is it tearing everyone apart-"
"No! No, god no, Beca" Chloe said and instantly walked over to her. "It's everything but" She sighed.
The ginger grabbed Beca's arm; slowly uncrossing it from her other. She moved her hand down so it was holding her wrist. Chloe whispered a soft 'come on' as she lead Beca to her motel bed. They sat down on the edge of it; Chloe entangling their hands together.
"I can't be the reason you lose your best-friend" Beca whispered.
"You aren't," Chloe whispered back. "She has no room to talk being she pushed me away for her old boyfriend" She chuckled.
"I'm being serious, Chlo'" Beca lifted her head up to look into Chloe's beautiful eyes.
"I am too," Chloe replied. "This is all I've wanted. The moment I heard you on that radio station, I needed to know who you were. I devolped a crush on you without even seeing your face" The ginger spoke softly, yet demanding.
"Really?" Beca asked.
"Really" Chloe stated. "I got lucky you turned out to be really hot" She smirked and Beca playfully smacked her in return.
"Shut up" Beca rolled her eyes.
"What?! It's true!" Chloe smiled and bit her bottom lip. She quickly looked away from Beca to see the clock said 4:21 pm. "We have some time before we meet the girls in the lobby for dinner. What do you want to do?"
Beca let her tongue slip between her lips; eyeing the ginger haired woman. "I'd say let's have sex since we have seemed to not get to that part, but not here"
"Why?" Chloe asked.
"Shit motel. I don't want our first time to be on this bed-"
"The shower?" Chloe smirked.
"No, motel showers are worse" Beca laughed.
Chloe let out a soft chuckle at Beca's words. She let her eyes wander from the brunette's gorgeous face and around the room. The woman was trying to think of things they could do. She knew if she let them watch a movie in here, 1, Beca would complain about it, 2, the other girls would linger in.
"Want to go for a walk?" Chloe asked. "It's a small town, maybe we can find-"
The door opened and both girl's flipped their head's over to see Stacie. She was peering her head in the crack of the door she had opened.
"What's going on, Stace'?" Chloe asked.
"Aubrey wants all of us to go walk around the town-"
"Beca and I can't-"
"Can you tell her then? I'm scared to" Stacie mumbled.
"It's fine," Beca said. "We'll go-"
"We will?" Chloe asked.
"Yes" Beca replied.
Beca flipped her head over to look at Chloe. Chloe gave her a face expression Beca couldn't completely make out. It seemed more of disappointment then anything. Instantly the brunette's heart dropped.
"Meet us in the lobby in five" Stacie said before leaving the room.
"What?" Beca asked.
"Do you not want to be alone with me?" Chloe asked.
"No, that's not the reason" Beca replied. "We were going to walk around anyway-"
"Yeah, alone-"
"We can be alone back at Barden! We're moving into the Bella House anyway-"
"Yeah, next year" Chloe laughed and got up.
Beca felt a shift in the air. She felt the mood Chloe once had change when she got up quickly. The brunette didn't know what it was, but she instantly felt a bit nervous over it.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Beca asked; watching Chloe walk towards the door.
"We didn't think this through, did we?" Chloe asked; swiftly turning back around to look at Beca. "We just jumped into it, confessed love and-"
"You need to stop before you say something you regret" Beca stood quickly.
"The year is almost over. I go home for the summer while you stay here. Should we just wait till next year?" Chloe asked.
"W-what?" Beca stuttered.
"Incase you meet someone over the summer or-"
"I won't!" The brunette exclaimed. "Where the fuck is this coming from? One minute you're saying-"
"I just," Chloe took a deep breath and walked over to Beca. "Maybe we picked the wrong time-"
"You just got done telling me we didn't" Beca laughed in disbelief.
"We have a month left of college before I leave for home-"
"Stay here-"
"You know I can't. My mom needs help for the summer," Chloe sighed. "You come with me-"
"Not in a motel!" Beca yelled.
"No! Jesus, Beca!" Chloe couldn't help but laugh. "I mean to my mom's"
"I can't, my dad has his stupid wedding with the step monster and I have to help" Beca sighed.
"See?" Chloe asked. "We picked the worst time" She chuckled softly before her smile faded to a frown.
"Maybe you're right" Beca mumbled. "So now what?"
"I guess we just-"
"Just kiss me alright? Please, I-"
Chloe cut Beca off by kissing her lip's softly. Her arms wrapped around her torso quickly; Beca wrapping her arm's around Chloe's neck. They didn't go into a makeout session. Their lips parted after a bit and they just held onto each other.
"Come on!" Amy yelled a few minutes later as she walked by the room.
Beca sniffled and quickly wiped her eyes as she pulled away from Chloe. Chloe knew it though. She knew Beca was crying just from her breathing pattern as they were hugging.
"Bec-"
"Just don't" Beca whispered and quickly left the room.
"Fuck" Chloe whispered and covered her face with her hands. Had Aubrey really gotten to her this bad? She felt like she just did the hardest thing ever, but it made sense to her. Or, maybe it only made sense because of all the stress she was under.
