I woke up the next day to find a mostly empty apartment. The boys hadn't made breakfast like the day before, instead there was only Wonho and Shownu chatting over bowls of cereal. The two looked up when I exited the room and exchanged glances before speaking.

"Good morning Areum!" Wonho said brightly. "The guys are all off doing their own thing today, but Shownu and I are going to the studio if you want to join us."

"Studio?" I asked, taking a seat at the table with them. I wasn't feeling particularly hungry and considered just getting myself a coffee.

"Dance Studio." Shownu specified. "I want to practice my choreography as much as possible."

"Oh." I nodded. I wasn't particularlly busy, in fact I had no life at the current moment at all. "I'd love to join you!"

After getting dressed in my most athetic clothing (a comfortable bra, leggings, and an oversized KKXX t-shirt) I left with Wonho and Shownu to go to a dance studio. Shownu had apparently owned one and used it to teach classes.

"Should we teach Areum choreography today?" Wonho asked Shownu, "That would be fun."

"Do you dance, Areum?" Shownu asked. He looked over his shoulder and gave me his crooked smile. I noticed that one eye seemed to close more than the other when he smiled, it was cute.

"Uh..." I got lost in thought looking at him, "Well, not really... but I've always wanted to try."

"Well today is the day!" Wonho exclaimed. "We're going to show you the ropes."

Shownu stopped in front of a building not too long after we had started our walk and pulled out keys to unlock the door. The front of building read Son Dance Studio. Shownu pulled the door open and let us into the small dark studio. There was a desk that could be considered a reception area and then a large space for dancing with mirrors on all sides.

I thought of Jimin, who I was sure danced in areas similar to this all the time. I wondered if maybe he knew Shownu some how, since the two both were skilled dancers.

"So what's the plan for today?" Wonho asked Shownu, setting aside a duffel bag that he had brought along. He unzipped it to reveal knee pads, towels, and water bottles.

"I'm thinking we do the Ariana Grande one." Shownu said. He went over to the stereo and plugged in his phone. Shownu adjusted the volume before starting a song. "This will be our warm up."

I recognized the song, but was unsure of the name.

"What about Areum?" Wonho asked Shownu.

"Just... do jumping jacks for now to get your heart rate up." Shownu said to me.

With that, the two fell perfectly into a pre-choreographed dance. I was sure they had done this all the time. I had started doing jumping jacks, but stopped once I became smitten with their talent. I had found myself staring at them with awe.

The song stopped and the boys started stretchering a bit. I mimicked them, trying to hide the fact that only seconds ago I was fan girling over them.

Without music, the boys spent nearly an hour trying to teach me just the beginning of the dance. Needless to say, it was difficult. The choreography required a lot of swag to pull off, something I was lacking.

"I think we should take a break." Shownu suggested. I noticed he was rubbing his ankle, which he injured not so long ago. "I'll be right back."

Shownu disappeared into a back room and I was left alone with Wonho. The room was silent, and I was just trying to catch my breath.
