I woke up the next morning in a house with only Hyungwon and I. It was awkward and I was itching to return to my time. I had a life go back to, after all, with or without confessing to Jimin. Time was going on without me and I needed to catch up with it.

I hadn't spoken to my parents in well over a week. They assumed I was away on a school trip. Aside from that, I college was waiting for me and I needed to find a new job.

I couldn't stay here forever.

I emerged from my room to find Hyungwon was wide awake. I stalled at my doorway, staring at my feet.

"Uh..." I finally spoke up to get his attention. Hyungwon sat on the couch, watching early morning television. He turned when I spoke, looking bored up at me. "Are we... doing the time thing today?"

"What do you mean?" He asked, raising his brow.

"Well, you know... I have to go back in time too." I replied, twiddling my fingers. "My life is waiting for me. This was fun and I'll stay in contact with you all. But-"

"Not today." He replied curtly, putting his hand up in protest. "I'm tired. Besides, we need to take a break for a while. It's science stuff, you wouldn't understand."

"Another break?!" I asked. Right when we met, Hyungwon suggested we needed to wait before time travel in order to lay low. That's why we went to Lotte World, after all, "What do you mean? How long?"

"Listen," Hyungwon sat up and turned to me, "I'll take you back right now if you want. But it might damage the whole space time continuum. Believe me, I know what I'm talking about."

I crossed my arms, pouting. "Fine." I mean, I wouldn't want to damage the space time continuum after all.

"Anyway, someone wants to meet with us today." Hyungwon smirked, facing the TV again.

"Who?" I asked, walking to the kitchen. I grabbed a glass of milk and started drinking it.

"Wonho."

I gabbed on the milk, spitting it out. Hyungwon started laughing uncontrollably at my reaction.

"I knew you'd freak out." He chuckled before turning back to the television show. But I could imagine I was much more entertaining than whatever show he was watching. I coughed a bit more before taking another drink of milk to clear my throat. I needed to act cool. "Wonho and Jisoo will be meeting us for lunch at 12. They have something important to say or something."

I was apprehensive, not wanting to go. Of course I shouldn't still have feelings for Wonho, but I probably did. There was no telling how I'd react when seeing him in person again.

I wanted nothing more than to see him once I was fully confident with myself. But now was probably not the time...

"Um... I don't know that I'll go..." I replied apprehensively. I needed to come up with a good excuse to get out of this. "I've got... stuff to do..."

Hyungwon scoffed, turning off the TV. He got to his feet and walked over to me, leaning against the kitchen counter.

"What 'stuff' could you possibly have to do?" He laughed, "I know Shownu's not available today, so you can't be hanging out with him. You've got no job and no other friends you can meet right now. You're just trying to back out."

"And so what if I am?" I stuck out my chin, arms crossed. I guessed I might as well own up to it. "I don't want to see him... or her..."

Hyungwon watched me, probably noticing how forlorn I was suddenly feeling.

He put a hand on my shoulder, and I flinched away a bit. Memories of yesterday filled my head, and I was still flustered about that. "Listen, I'm trying to help you." He said quietly, giving me a heart to heart chat. "If you want to show Wonho someone he shouldn't have given up on, then I'm your guy."

I frowned, "What do you mean?"

"If you want, we can pretend to be dating," He suggested, avoiding eye contact all of a sudden, "to make Wonho jealous, it might be fun. I like messing with him anyway."

'That might not actually be a bad idea...'

Hyungwon made my heart flutter now, and I didn't want to lead him on or hang on to these feelings. But I also wanted nothing more than to make Wonho as jealous as possible. I still needed to get revenge on him for leading me on.

"Alright, I'll do it." I said, putting my hand up to give him a high-five, but Hyungwon just looked at my palm oddly. I suppose he was above high-fiving. To avoid feeling awkward, I ran my hands through my hair. "So, I'll get ready."

I decided to wear the ultimate revenge outfit. Maybe something a bit more revealing than usual. If I was going to play the part of girlfriend, I'd have to play it well.

I put on soft makeup, applying a light pink blush and highlight. I put on some shimmery eye shadow and mascara. Then I picked out my favorite red lipstick, an iconic MAC color called Ruby Woo. It really seemed to make my lips pop.

'Now, the outfit.' I thought, shuffling aggressively through my duffel bag. The outfit needed to be absolutely perfect. My eyes lit up when they landed on the most expensive dress I owned. I saved it for the day I would go to a high end bar or somewhere fancy, but this was my best opportunity.

'Is this too much?' I wondered, spinning around in my dress

'Is this too much?' I wondered, spinning around in my dress. It was great, showing off curves I did not even know I had. I decided to pair it with flats so I could dress it down a bit.

I felt very pretty looking at myself.

Then there was a knock on my bedroom door, "Are you ready?" Hyungwon asked on the other side. I grabbed my clutch and pulled open the door.

"I'm ready." I smiled.

Hyungwon seemed taken aback, looking me up and down. "Wow..." He muttered.

I blushed at his unwavering stare, "L-let's go..."

I walked towards the door when I felt Hyungwon grab onto my hand, intertwining our fingers. I looked up at him, surprised.

"If we're going to pretend to be dating, we should play the game well." He said, smiling down at me. Then Hyungwon led me away to one of the hardest Boss Battles I would ever have to encounter: making Wonho jealous.
