I met up with the boys, they stood awkwardly in the middle of the club attempting to blend in, to tell them that the fusing worked.

"He's going back to his life now." I said to them, fumbling with my hands. I hoped that things worked out for him for the next year.

"So the fusing worked?" Changkyun asked, shocked. "We were going to follow him, but didn't want to spook this Wonho before they could fuse."

"Yeah, it worked." I said.

"How did it look?" Jooheon asked, "Was it cool?"

"Time to go guys." Hyungwon cut into our conversation. "We can't stick around here too long. Wouldn't want to accidentally run into ourselves."

Hyungwon pulled out the timepiece and adjusted the time so we could return to our yesterday. We all gathered together in the club and disappeared, returning to the present completely unnoticed.

We were transported to the cite of where the club used to be. But a year into the future, it was torn down and turned into a family restaurant. Luckily, the restaurant was empty, the staff must have been in the back room.

"We need to be more careful where we do this from now on..." Hyungwon said slowly.

An older woman appeared from the back and said, "Oh, customers! Are you here for dinner?"

We all exchanged looks, unsure if we should eat, and Kihyun spoke up, "Table for 8 please."

After eating a nice meal, the guys and I all headed back towards the house. I was full, and excited to go to sleep so I could wake up the next morning and see Wonho.

"Should we call him and see if he's okay?" Jooheon suggested, "He might not have made the bet, but whose to say that something else bad didn't happen?"

"We should wait." Hyungwon muttered.

"Yeah, we should give him some time." I chimed in, "Besides, he agreed to meet us tomorrow."

They all looked at me, "What do you mean?" Shownu asked.

"Before he went back to his life, we agreed to meet tomorrow." I said excitedly. "I'm sure he'll keep his promise."

Hyungwon sardonically said, "Perfect, we'll see him tomorrow."

Shownu smiled at me, looking away once I made eye contact with him.

Once we arrived home, we all split up and went to bed. Time travel was extremely tiring, so no one spoke as we all went to our rooms. I decided I wanted to shower before going to sleep, and went to gather everything I needed.

"Don't be so confident." I heard Hyungwon say as he entered the room.

I looked over at him in confusion, "What do you mean by that?"

"People change." He said, "You don't know that he'll end up being who you expect tomorrow."

I rolled my eyes, "Wonho will always be Wonho." I sighed, "You're just negative."

"No, I'm realistic." Hyungwon replied, falling back onto his bed and placing his arms behind his head, "You don't know, he might come back a complete douche bag."

"Don't say that!" I snapped, "Isn't he your friend?"

"Yes." Hyungwon muttered, "But I know how guys are. In another time line, I might just be a nice guy. Not in this one though."

I scoffed, getting up and stomping out of the room to take my shower. As I stood under the hot water, I started to think of what Hyungwon said.

"No, Wonho will be the same." I muttered, reassuring myself. "No way his personality could change drastically in a year, right?"
