Chapter Three: Attention

The boys finally untied me so they could introduced themselves. There wasn't much of a difference with or without the rope because I still felt odd among these guys I didn't know. They were strangers that had propositioned me a deal I couldn't turn down. I remained seated while they lined up to talk to me.

The one that seemed the be the leader came forward and shook my hand first. He had strong eyebrows and a handsome face. If not for the situation, he seemed like someone I would pursue. "Hi. I am Shownu." He had a rather expressionless face, but I got the feeling that he wasn't as mean as I initially thought he would be. "Sorry about kidnapping you. That wasn't exactly our intentions."

"Okay, my turn." The most muscular one said. He pushed Shownu out of the way to get the spotlight. He had the face of an ulzzang and the body of a weightlifter, a total baegul. "I'm Wonho. Sorry about kidnapping you too."

The cutest looking one came forward and held my hand while he introduced himself. "I am Minhyuk, the Romeo of the group. I'm also sorry for kidnapping you."

Another attractive guy came forward, but that wasn't surprising because everyone here was attractive except me. He seemed the most calm about the situation and politely introduce himself, bowing a bit. "I am Kihyun. Welcome to the group."

The one with very distinct lips came forward. He was the most displeased with the situation and said, "This is all very stupid. But since you must know, my name is Hyungwon. Don't forget it because I'm not going to repeat it."

"Don't be so rude to the nice lady," Another guy said. He looked a bit like a mad scientist, but was still extremely handsome, "Sorry about him. He's kind of mad we're using his watch. But I'm Jooheon. Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you." I muttered, blushing a bit. He was kind of my type, and the only one to say he was glad to meet me.

Then again, all of them were my type. I liked handsome guys.

The last guy to come up and introduce himself had a very cool vibe going on. He bowed a bit and said, "I go by I.M, but my birth name is Changkyun."

The room was silent for a moment after everyone had introduced themselves.

I supposed I would need to introduce myself too, "My name is Areum." I said, "It's very nice to meet you all."

I didn't exactly know where to go from here. They had kidnapped me, and then brought me into their group.

So we weren't quite friends yet. Saddest thing was, they were the only friends I had at the moment.

"Are you hungry?" Minhyuk asked. He took me by the hand again and led me out of the basement to the boy's shared home.

"Well, of course." I said. But I was still glum, even food and handsome boys couldn't make me happy right now.

"Are we all hungry?" Minhyuk asked the group.

"Yeah, I guess we should all get food." Shownu suggested.

"Let's go somewhere we can talk privately." Hyungwon said, "We all have a lot to talk about since you've brought another person into this." He brushed past me and disappeared into another room. I looked after him, surprised by how rude he could be.

I mean, they were the ones that kidnapped me after all. I would have much rather been going about my miserable life instead of doing this.

"What's his problem?" I asked Minhyuk, he seemed like the most inviting one out of all of them so I thought he would be the best one to ask questions.

Minhyuk looked a bit troubled before saying, "Well, let's just say we aren't exactly supposed to have the watch. It's Hyungwon's originally. He made it, but we... bargained with him to use it."

Jooheon noticed we were talking and swooped in, putting an arm around Minhyuk's shoulder. I noticed it was a way to quiet Minhyuk moreso than to buddy up. I suppose they didn't want me to know everything just yet. "Don't mind him, he's just a bit of a grump. He'll come around eventually."

"Don't promise that." Minhyuk laughed.
