The Incident

Emily's POV
"Bitch can't you see? But I do. Tonight's the night I kill you."
That message has been circling in my mind for the past 3 hours..Tonight? Does A know that Ali is here? I was so intrigued and nervous at the same time. Alison is here with us, telling us what happened to her.
"Shh. Did you hear that?" Aria whispered.
A loud bang surrounded the house. What was that? I was panicking. We tiptoed towards the front door. all of the light lamps were turned off, and there was a big crack on the living room window. Now there's definitely someone in here.
A black hoodie stopped us from getting to the door, he was holding a knife. "Oh my god. It's A." Hanna screamed.
I pushed him away from us, so we had time to open the door and run from him. We were running in the streets in the middle of the night. We headed towards Ezra's apartment. "Ezra, open up. It's me Aria."
No one was answering the door, even if we were knocking like 200 times. We heard footsteps, so we ran up the stairs to the rooftop. Someone was still following us. "Aria?"
That sounded like Ezra's voice. "What happened. Are you guys okay?"
"Watch out!" I screamed.
A stabbed Ezra from behind. Now A's coming for us. Ezra got up, and tried to fight him. When A was pinned down, Ali took his knife. Ezra was too weak to keep this up, he fell down with his hand on his stabbed wound. "Ezra!" Aria was filled with tears just as he was closing his eyes. "Ezra don't you dare close your eyes!"
A got away. He jumped over another building.
Meanwhile..
"911, what's you're emergency?"
"Hi, um we need an ambulance right away please. 6583 Livermore Street." Aria was shaking. She was in an emotional pain. I could tell how much this hurt her.
While Ezra was in the hospital, Ali and I were talking.
"Do you remember what I told you when we were in the barn?"
"I remember every word." I said, trying not to be as creepy as I sound.
"You said you missed me the most."
She looks at me with her beautiful face and says, "You were the hardest one to leave."
My face turned red the moment those words came out of her mouth. "Em, I never told you--"
Just then, my phone rang.
Damn it. I thought. Alison was about to tell me seething very important. I looked at my phone. It was Paige again. I answered. "Hey."
"Hey Em, you okay? I heard about the incident."
"Yeah, we're fine. listen I gotta go, I'll talk to you later okay?" I was a little annoyed. Paige was too clingy, and I thought that this wasn't a good time, so I told her i gotta go.
"Yea Ali? What was that?" I was so curious. I wanted to know so bad.
"Was that Paige McCullers?" She asked looking so sad.
"Um, yea. So what was it you wanted to tell me?" I was dying to know. I was so struck by her beauty, I can't think of anything else.
"It's nothing."
She was gonna say it, but she didn't. Why?
