Writer's POV

Alison got called in to the police department to answer questions. The press were always at her house every single day. It's like she never had a peaceful moment. The would always knock on her door, non-stop. She was miserable.

The only thing that makes her life better was Emily.

Emily's POV

I am in deep, deep trouble. Maybe it's better if I didn't choose between the two of them at all? I mean Ali will still be friend, and Paige will understand, right? It's just.. I can't bare to see both of them hurt.

Paige's POV

I don't understand. I don't understand why Emily would want someone like Ali? She's not even gay. She's probably just manipulating Emily into liking her more, so that Emily could get close to her and be her puppet again. Wow. Even though Alison apologized to me, I still don't believe her. Mona was right, Ali will never change. Once a liar, always a liar.

The doorbell rang, I checked to see who it was. It was Emily. Ohh no. I was so nervous and happy at the same time. I opened the door slowly, and she said "hey, Paige." as she smiled widely. This could be good news I thought.

We both sat on the front porch of my house. "Hey Paige..I've decided." She continued. "I love you." I felt a burden lifted off my shoulder.

"Paige, I love you, but we have to end this."

Just as I was about to kiss her, I stopped and looked at her, my eyes became watery. I felt pain in my chest, and I thought I was going to have a heart attack. But I wasn't, that was the worst part, I felt the pain, and my heart was hurting. Did she really say that to me? Wow. I thought she was going to choose me, but no.

"I'm so sorry Paige. you're great. you never made me feel lonely, but it's just that Ali makes me feel special, it's like I've waited for her for centuries. Paige.., I love her."

I sat still. She loves Alison? I didn't want to say anything because it would only be words filled with sadness and anger. I can't believe what I'm hearing. Finally I said, "After all she's done to you? She hurt you. She lied to you. She broke your heart. She did everything that bad to you. Don't you understand? She's using you! She's manipulating you, so that you could be closer to her, and follow her around like you're her little puppet!!" I was so angry, I just had to let it all out.

"Paige, no she's not. You have no idea what she's been through! Someone has been threatening her that's why she had to do what she had to do. She risked her life to save mine. Twice!! Oh yeah, you wouldn't understand because you were the one who tried to drown me!" Emily shouted at me, she was upset, I could tell. She got up and left. I let her because I needed to cool off. This is what I meant! Ali brainwashed her into thinking that she loved her, but the real thing is that she doesn't!
