Alison's POV

I jumped out of bed when i heard my phone ring.

"Who calls at 2 am? Like seriously.." I mumbled to myself.

I grabbed my phone to see who it was. It was Emily. I answered it.

"Hello?" I whispered. I had to be quiet since my dad was sleeping.

"Ohhh heeyyyyy Ali... How, are youuuu doing. Hahaha. Shhhh." I heard laughing in the background as Emily speaks.

I quickly tip toed down stairs and opened the door to my backyard and walked out.

"Em, are you drunk?" I asked concerned.

"Um. No. Are you high?" She asked with a slight expression.

"You are drunk." I whispered. "Okay, where are you?"

"I'm at Hanna's house! We're having so much fun. Wanna come?" She murmured.

"Hanna's house? Em, who's taking you home?" I asked.

"Myself, duh." She replied.

"No, you can't drive." I sighed, and continued. "Em, just stay there..I'll be there in 10, to take you home."

"I don't need you to do that. I can drive by myself." She insisted.

"Emily, you can't drive, you're drunk. Okay? I don't want you getting hurt." I explained. After that she hung up.

I quickly grabbed my jacket and took my dad's car keys and rushed to his car. I don't have my license since I just came back from the dead. But I don't care, because Emily needs me and I have to be there no matter what.

After several minutes of over speeding, I finally reached Hanna's house.

I knocked on the door, and Hanna answered it.

"Hey, where Em?" I asked looking behind her.

"Huh? Where's Aria? She's at her home sleeping." Hanna was swaying back and forth, holding a bottle of beer.

I shook my head in disbelief, and pushed her away and walked inside to find Emily.

"Em! Where are you?" I yelled.

No answer.

I looked for her upstairs, in Hanna's bedroom, the bathroom, Mrs. Marin's bedroom.. But no sign of Emily. I went back downstairs to check the back.

And there she was.. Sitting down on the chair looking like crap, with 4 beer bottles on the table.

"Hey Alison. What's up?" She started laughing unconditionally.

"Come on, let's go." I took her hand to help her up, and put her hand over my shoulder so that she's stable.

"Where are we going?" She asked.

I put say her down in the passenger's seat, and I quickly sat in the driver's seat. I waved to drunk Hanna, and told her to get inside.

"Goodbye Hanny Boo boo!!!!!!" Emily screamed.

I was driving, while Emily was humming a song.

"You never answered my question Ali." She said looking over to me with her eyebrows crossed.

"You're staying with me." I said.

"Wha? I thought you're taking me home."

"Well I was, but you'll be home alone, and no one would take care of you." I took one hand away from the wheel to brush Emily's hair that was covering her eyes.

I parked to my driveway, walked over to the passenger's seat and took Emily's hand to put it on my shoulder again.

We walked inside the house. "Whoaaa! You have a big house!!!!" She said in a surprised voice. "Em! Shhh! It's 3 am, and my dad is in bed! And you've been to my house before." I whispered.

As I pulled her up to my bedroom, she was falling asleep.

I quickly set her on my bed and took off her shoes. she slowly layed down and I pulled the sheets over her.

I layed next to Emily, facing her, and put my hand on her waist.

"Alison." She said in a slow groggy voice.

"Mhm." I replied.

"I'm sorry." She said.

"For what?" I whispered. She turned towards me and said.. "For not calling you. I was waiting for you to call me, but you didn't. And I should have but, I never did. So I'm really sorry Ali." She started crying.

"Hey, shhhh. It's alright. We'll talk about this tomorrow okay? Right now, you need sleep."

My eyes slowly closed, as I fell back to sleep.
