Silent laughter

*Narutos POV

I woke up the next morning late, very late. When I rolled to my side to look at the clock it read 11:42. I jumped out of bed and quickly got dress. I walked out of my room with my shirt and hoodie in my hand as I walked down the stairs. I threw my shirt over my head to put it on as I walked down the stairs. Because I was rushing I put my head through the arm hole. As I pulled my head out and tried to fix it I tripped and fell down the stairs in a not so graceful fashion. I jumped off and brushed it off while putting on my hoodie. I grabbed a box of cereal and put it up to my mouth with cereal spilling everywhere. I ran to the fridge and grabbed the milk carton and drank from the bottle while I still had the cereal in my mouth. It spill all over the floor as I tried to avoid it getting on me. I grabbed my weapons pouch off the table and strapped it to my leg as I ran out the door. I turned the knob and pushed on the door as I ran out. The door was locked. I ran into the door full force. As I bounced back rubbing my aching nose I looked into the family room to see dad sitting in a chair with a book in his hands. He was smiling at me.

(How much of that did you see) I asked embarrassed

"All of it" he said as he tilted his head to the side while smiling.

(Damn) I said as I walked into the family room

"So how did the date go" he asked going back to his book. My fave started to heat up as I was lost for words. He jaw just hung down with nothing coming out of it. Dad started laughing

(What's so funny) I asked him

"Nothing its just I was the same way with your mother" dad said laughing.

(Oh) I said blushing more (wait you acted like a total idiot around girls) I asked in surprise as I hunkered down for a good story

"Oh yeah total idiot. I couldn't keep my jaw closed. I was lost for words and I couldn't stop blushing" he said "it was even worse on our wedding day"

(So you can fight in a world war, but you were scared to get married) I questioned

"Oh you will find out one day" he said putting the book down. He stood up ruffling my hair. I pushed him away fixing my hair so it was it's normal out of control state.

"Where were you off to this morning" dad asked. My eyes widened with panic as I jumped up and rushed out the door while waving good bye to dad. I could here him laughing as I ran around the corner down the street

*Minato's POV

I laughed as Naruto rushed out the door because he forgot about the rush he was in because we started talking. I got up and put my cup in the sink. As I walked though the family room I passed a collection of books on a shelf. Normally I would have passed them and paid no attention to them, but today they peaked my interest. I walked over and grabbed one labeled "photos" from the shelf. I sat down and opened it up the first few pictures were of me when I was young. They were big moments like my first year at the academy my first teleportation kunai and so forth. The first picture with Kushina in it was on the fifth page with our entire class. It was a little quick shot the school does for the kids to remember their first year. This was when I first fell in love with Kushina. I was standing on the edge of the group hiding behind one of my friends because I don't like my picture being taken when Kushina rushed into the room late. The camera guy was about to take the picture so she quickly latched on to the nearest person to take the picture with. That person happened to be me. She pulled me out from behind my friend and practically put me in a head lock as she had a big chessy smile on her face. I was blushing in the picture and her arm did little to hide it since her arm was around my neck. I laughed as I looked through the pictures. I stopped as soon as I came across the picture I was looking for. It was our wedding day. I was in my black suit and Kushina was in a white dress and had her hair pulled up into two buns. I pulled the picture out of the book and walked out the door. I walked through the streets of the village until I came to a large graveyard. I walked up to the largest grave there which was a large chunk of Amber that was found after the battle with the nine tails.

"Hi honey I'm back" I said placing the picture down with a few flowers that were beginning to wilt. I picked up the flowers as I planed to bring them home with me.

"We have been spending a lot of time together" I said sitting down thinking about last night how I dozed off and slept here after I pulled Kiba away from Naruto and Hinata

"You would be proud of Naruto" I Said to no one "He has himself a girlfriend now, and he is clueless with girls just like I was. If you were here I know you would know who to teach him. You were always good at telling people your feelings. It's just hard for him with not being able to talk. Well not being able to talk well" I said as I stood up

"We'll see ya later" I said to the ground. I placed my hand on the Amber and I could feel it heat up beneath my hand. I laughed thinking that I was crazy and left leaving our wedding picture resting on the grave stone of Kushina Uzumaki my wife
