The true power of a jinchuriki

*Naruto's POV

Mom pulled on my hand until we were in front of a familiar ramen store

"Hey old man," We both said as we walked in. We were greeted by the old man and his daughter and sat down.

"One miso ramen with extra pork," I said as I broke apart a pair of chopsticks

"Make that two" Mom said as she grabbed her own pair of chopsticks. We sat in silence as we waited for our food until I broke the silence

"Are you and your Naruto close?" I asked. She let out a small nervous laugh as a bowl was placed in front of her. She took a mouth full of noodles before she spoke

"No not really," She said as she looked down into her bowl as she pushed the pork deeper into the bowl. I took a bite of my food as I waited for her to continue with her story.

"He has always been mad at me for never telling him about his father" She whispered as she took another bite. "He is always trying to disconnect himself from his family in hopes that people might accept him," She said

"That's stupid," I said as I took another mouth full of ramen. "He should just accept who he is a try to be the best person who he could be," I said. I heard an outburst of laughter as I looked over to see mom having to use the table to keep her self on her chair

"What's so funny," I asked very confusedly

"That's rich coming from you why don't you take your own advice," She said as she was finally able to stop laughing. I looked down at my food as I tried to understand what she meant.

"I am going to assume that you are not that different from my Naruto and you want to be the Hokage to prove that the people were wrong about you," SHe said with a smile as she ordered another bowl. I had always wanted to be the Hokage to live up to my father legacy and to prove that even with my disability that I could still be great. I nodded in agreement with her as I also ordered another bowl.

"You told me that you are still the jinchuriki in your world right," She asked as another bowl was placed in front of her. I nodded once again as I got my food.

"Stop rejecting him and take his power for your own. He is part of you" She said as she downed another bowl of ramen.

"How do I do that?" I asked as I finished my bowl.

"If you can eat more ramen then me I can show you," She said as the old man placed another bowl in front of her

"You're on," I said. 18 bowls later We both couldn't eat anymore.

"Give me one more old man," I said as I held my hand over my mouth trying not to throw up

"Me too," Mom said as she did the same.

"I will win this," I said as I lifted the food to my mouth. Mom did the same and we both took our bite at the same time. We swallowed our food and we both turned green. Mom threw up first which I laughed because I won and then proceeded to do the same

"I won," I said as I wiped throw up from the corner of my mouth

"You take after my eating habits," She said as she paid for the food

"Thanks, old man" We both said in unison as we walked home. Once we got home I sat in the kitchen as mom prepared the living room.

"Ok it's ready if you are," she said. I walked into the living room to see a circle set up with various candles around it. I was a seal of the Uzumaki clan. Dad made me study than when I was in grade school but this was way beyond my understanding.

"This will release the seal on the beast but keep it contained within this circle in case you lose control," She said with a serious face as she indicated for me to sit in the center of the circle.

"You don't have to worry about me," I said as I sat down and began meditating.

"And why is that?" she asked as orange highlight appeared around my eyes.

"Because I never lose," I said as I sat still. We sat in silence for a minute as I felt mom gather her chakra in her hands.

"I am about to activate the seal. You will be sent to your mindscape where the nine tails will be released from its cage" She said as she placed her hand on the ground. "You must take his chakra and then seal him do you understand me," she asked. I gave her a small nod and she began

"Release," she said as the room lite up red and I entered my mindscape. The doors to Kurama's cage slowly opened as he opened his eyes.

"Hey Kurama wake up" I yelled as the beast sat up

"What is this," He asked as he shook off the remains of his nap. I rushed at the beast with a rasenshurikan in my hand. I threw it at him just as he processed what was happening. It hit him dead in the chest pushing him back a few dozen meters. I ran up to the beast and grabbed his fur and attached my chakra to his. I jumped back as I pulled his chakra out of his body.

"Tsk brat do you think it would be that easy," He said as he let out a roar which sent me out of his cage disconnecting his chakra from him. I had to jump out of the way as one of his tails came crashing down. He did this multiple time trying to squish me with his massive tails and claws.

"Shadow clone jutsu," I said as hundreds of me appeared all around him. "Get him," I said ordering my clones to latch onto various parts of Kurama. They each began to pull away but one by one they were knocked out by either tails or claws. I charged up another rasenshuriken and threw it at him. This time he managed to dodge it and a purple orb appeared near his mouth.

"Tails beast bomb" I heard moms voice echo in the back of my head "Get out of the way now" She yelled as Kurama shot to tailed beast bomb at me. I charged a Rasengan in my hand and had a clone throw me into the tailed beast bomb. Our tow attacks collided and the world around me turned white for a moment. I was somewhere away from the fight looking off into the distance. I saw a man with yellow hair and a white and red cloak. At first, I thought it was father but then the figure turned and faced me. I let out a gasp as I saw a reflection of myself just a few years older

"Beleive in yourself," He said as he became one with the light. I was brought back to the fight as my Rasengan collided with the tailed beast bomb. I yelled as I pushed more chakra into my Rasengan until it matched the size of the tailed beast bomb. As the two hit, they stagnated each other.

"I will not lose" I yelled as My Rasengan began to overpower the tailed beast bomb. I pushed through Kurama's attack and was now barreling towards him

"I will never lose again"
