*Naruto's POV

just like every morning, I woke up at the crack of dawn. As I rubbed my eyes I glanced next to see Hinata was still sleeping. I lied back down next to her and gazed at her chest rise and fall as she slept

'I need to keep her safe no matter what' I

thought to myself again as I gave her a quick kiss on the cheek and got out of bed. I quickly got ready as I went downstairs to grab any last minute supplies I would need. I walked over to the couch and grabbed my cloak that was draped over it and put it on. On my way upstairs I grabbed a supply scroll and went back to the bedroom where Hinata was just finished getting dressed.

"Morning," I said as I walked up to her and kissed her

"Morning to you too," Hinata said as she put her arms around my neck and kissed me back

"Are you ready?" she asked as she grabbed my hand and started to pull me out the door

"We should go see Lady Tsunade before we leave to meet up with the others"

"About that Hinata, I think you should stay and guard the village, what if-"

"Not happening"

"but-"

"Come on now we need to go see Tsunade," she said as she pulled me through the front door of my house.

"Hey wait a minute," I said laughing "I'm not quite ready yet there are still a few places I need to stop," I told her as I pulled out a kunai

"Fine but be quick," she said as she ran off towards Tsunade's office,

"Your one lucky kid," someone said as they walked up behind me. Kakashi put his hand on my shoulder as he walked by

"She is one of a kind," He said as he glanced back at me

"Can't let someone like that go,"

"I know Kakashi," I said as I jogged to catch up with him "She is the most important person in my life right now and I am afraid I can't protect her from this" I admitted as fear coursed through my body

"Hinata is a strong girl, I trust her. It's you, on the other hand, I am worried about," he said as we stopped in the middle of the road. "Don't carry the world on your shoulders, just because you have the power to do so. Let others help you, Let them care for you" He said as we resumed walking "And above all else come back to the alive you ramen addicted little shit" he said with his back to me.

"Kakashi-" I said as he turned around with tears in his eyes.

"Your the last family member I have left, so don't go dying on me you little shit," he said as he hugged me

"Hey Kakashi don't do that," I said pushing him off me "Your the one who taught me shinobi never cry," I said as I held back tears. He nodded as he wiped his tears away

"Maybe I am not cut out for this anymore, Maybe after the war, I should take a break, Yeah, a nice long break," he said as he gazed up at the sky.

"Yeah I'll let you retire after I become Hokage," I said as I walked up next to him"Yeah weren't you supposed to be getting ready?" Kakashi asked as we began walking again

"Yup and you were stop number one," I said with a smile "I'll see you on the battlefield Kakashi," I said as I teleported away. I appeared deep in a forest next to a cave that dug deep into a mountain. Trees held the cave up but they seemed to hold no purpose as the rocks above my head were very compact. I was just as I was the first day I was it. I walked into a lit cavern with the Senju clan symbol hanging on the wall. I brushed my hand across the messy desk as I saw an image of my old self sitting here with day deep into the night. I stayed in the cave for another moment remising about old times. As I walked through the entrance of the cave I placed my hand on the wall
