*Naruto's POV

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING OUT OF BED" Lady Tsunade yelled as she grabbed my ear and pulled me back over to the bed.

"Ow, ow, ow," I said as I nursed my aching ear "did you not just hear me I said-"

"I don't care what you just said your health is more important," she said "The nine tails seal was on the verge of breaking for 3 weeks your body is low on chakra and you haven't had a proper meal yet" she scolded. I glanced over at Kakashi sensei who nodded in agreement with Tsunade.

"Naruto?" I heard a soft voice say from the doorway

"Hinata!" I yelled as I jumped off the edge of the bed and practically tackled her down to the ground as I hugged her

"I missed you so much," I said as I nuzzled my head next to hers. Her shock went away and I felt her hands wrap around me tightly as she let out a sob

"You need to stop doing this to me," she said as she cried and let out a little laugh and grabbed me tighter

"No promises but I will try," I said as a tear rolled down my face. We got up off the ground and Hinata sat next to me on the hospital bed and she wouldn't let my hand go. I gave her a kiss on the cheek and whispered in her ear promising everything was ok and she quickly let go and began blushing.

"Sorry I was just so worried," she said a little bit flustered.

"I love that you're worried about me," I said as I kissed her again

"Well someone has to," Tsunade said as she walked back into the room. She left with Kakashi when Hinata came in.

"Well the seal is all good your free to go," Tsunade said

"Great I can't wait to see everyone," I said as I stood up and grabbed Hinata' hand-picking her up

"Naruto, no one is here it's just me right now," Hinata said

"What do you mean is everyone out on a mission?" I asked thinking it would be weird to send everyone except Hinata.

"Naruto has no one told you about the war?" Hinata asked

"No, what war?" I asked looking over at Tsunade

"Madara has declared war on all four great nations," Tsunade said "Everyone else is deployed elsewhere" she explained

"Where are they," I asked as I grabbed my kunai to teleport home.

"Wait you need to rest," Tsunade said "Your chakra reserves haven't fully recovered from keeping the seal together"

"But-" I began to argue but Tsunade gave me that look most people get from their mothers. You know that one that you know you should listen to them or you're in big trouble. I grumbled as Hinata grabbed my hand

"Tsunade is right and I am sure that they are fine don't underestimate our friends," Hinata said "and I haven't seen you for 3 weeks so come hang out with me," she said as she smiled. I grumbled an agreement as I looked at Tsunade

"One day," I said as we walked out the door.

"Fine" she huffed as she went to the next patient's room.

"Hurry Naruto Ramen is going to close soon," Hinata said. That instantly put a pep in my set as I swept Hinata'feet out from under her and help her in my arms as I teleported to Ichiraku Ramen.

"Hey there old man two bowls of the normal," I said as we walked in with my hand around Hinata's waist

"Naruto! Hinata! It's been a while I thought you found a better ramen place" he said as he dropped some noodles in the boiling water.

"Oh we could never," Hinata said laughing. Our food quickly came and we spent all night laughing and eating.

"Here Naruto this one is on the house," the old man said as he pushed a cup towards me

"What's this I said as I looked at the clear liquid inside

"Sake now drink up quick," he said as he laughed

"Um sorry I don't think I should," I said wrinkling my nose at the drink

"come on consider this an early birthday present," he said as he got himself a cup "Your about to turn 16 right," he said as he poured two more glasses

"Oh please no not one for me," Hinata said

"God when I was your age I would kill for someone to just give me a sip, consider it an early birthday present and a going away gift," the old man said as he took his shot. I picked up my glass and took the shot with Hinata calling out my name in shock.

"you only live once," I said to the old man as I gagged a little. Hinata gulped and took a little sip of hers and began coughing as me and the old man laughed

"Naruto your girlfriend is a lightweight," he said as he poured himself another drink.

"No I am not," she said as she looked down at her cup and finished the shot then stuck her hand out for another one. The old man was hesitant but assured me that this would be the last and poured us both one more.

"whos that one for," I said pointing at the extra glass he poured earlier

"Ugh I thought it would be a good idea to pour one for your father since every son first drink should be with their father," the old man said as he rubbed the back of his neck. The mood got quiet for a minute until I raised my glass

"To dad," I said

"To Minato," the old man said as he bumped my glass with his

"To us," Hinata said as she bumped my glass as the old man dropped his cup and instead grabbed the bottle

"To us," I said as I pulled her into a kiss. We took our shot as said thanks to the old man. I began to pull out my wallet but the old man stopped me

"on the house but promise me you'll come back safe," he said tearing up a bit "what am I going to do if I lose my two number one customers," he said

"promise to see you soon," I said as I walked Hinata to my place where we had a peaceful night

A/N

So I don't think it's ok for underaged people to drink regularly or be sold liqueur but I think it's ok for them to try liqueur with their parents around and on special occasions so please don't report me
