So I have gotten a few comments of people asking/telling me that for Naruto to not be able to speak it needed to be his vocal cords that were removed, so I am here to clear the air
The voice box or the larynx is a 2-inch long tube-like organ in your neck that is part of your respiratory system and for those of you who have not had biology/ Human Anatomy, The respiratory system is the group of organs that allow you to fucking breath. The vocal cords or vocal folds are two bands of muscle tissue that are found in the voice box that when air passes between them the vibrate to produce sound
