*Naruto's POV

"Morning Mom. Morning Dad," I said trying not to tear up "I'm home"

They looked at one another before they stood up and walked over embracing me.

"It's good to finally be together like this" Mom said as she squeezed tighter "but you have to go back Naruto," she said tearing up a bit

"What?! no, I can't I'm dead... right?" I said pushing myself away from them.

"yes, but Naruto..." dad said as he put his hands on my shoulders "you're still needed there, Your friends still need you." dad said

"No I can't, I won't this is my time. I can be with you, both of you forever and soon Hinata will be here with us" I said panicking a bit.

'They can't send me back not now that we are together' I thought as dad put his hand on my shoulder as he walked past me with mom

"Why don't we go for a walk Naruto, just like you always wanted," dad said smiling as he opened the door for mom. I quickly ran after them as the walked out of the house closing the door behind them. We just walked, like a normal kid would do with their parents.

"Hey Dad," I said breaking the silence "How did you feel when mom told you she was pregnant?" I asked hoping to strick up a conversation. Dad began to blush a bit as he scratched his head.

"Well.... um...." He said but mom cut him off

"He was scared," she said laughing. It seemed like a foreign thought, dad being scared it didn't seem possible.

"Is that true dad?" I asked him as he sighed in embarrassment

"I was afraid that I was going to bring you into a world where you would have to fight wars as soon as you graduated from the academy, I was afraid I was not going to be able to protect you from the world I lived in," he said as a frown crossed his face. "But thanks to everyone's hard work and sacrifices and era of peace came". He said as a smile crossed his face once again.

"And you mom, how did you feel when you found out?" I asked

"Oh well..." she said as she started blushing

"She passed out." Dad replied in a dead pan kid of way. I started laughing as mom smacked dad  across the face yelling about how I didn't need to know that

"God I felt more than just the need to pass out you ass." She said laughing. "I was excited to have another little me running around the village causing all the trouble he could, sadly you couldn't carry the red hot habanero". She said laughing a bit more. "You has to come out with your fathers good looks"

"Oh what a pity". Dad said throwing his arm around he pulling her into a hug. Interlocked at the hips the brushed their noses together

"Ewww gross." I said gagging a bit

"Oh don't even pretend you haven't done it with Hinata, we saw it all from up here." Dad said making mom laugh and me blush

"What... uh.... wait... god..... agh." I said flustered making dad laugh and mom laugh harder.

"Hey it didn't look to bad a few more times and we might get grandkids." Dad said as he pushed my shoulder

"Please god, just shut up" I said covering my face.

"You know I always wanted a girl but didn't get the chance to. Maybe you and Hinata can give me a little baby girl and call her something pretty." Mom swooned as I blushed more

"I would say I might want to die of embarrassment but I'm already dead." I said laughing. We all laughed for another moment but mom and sad's laughter died down.

"What? How was it that joke that killed the mood." I said as my laughter died down

"Naruto it has been so great getting to spend this time together-" mom began to say but dad cut her off getting right to the point

"You need to go back." He said with a straight face

"Look I thought we went over this I did what I had to do." I said "you were the greatest threat on the battle field and now we are both her together as a family. It's like you want this to end." I said getting pissed off

"I'm flattered you thought I was the greatest threat out there but you are far from correct" dad said as the mood went from light and cheery to the feeling of something dark over the horizon

"I know now that the Madara we have encountered before is Obito but just like I, The true Madara has been revived and now runs rampant on the battle field." He said as he waved his hand and an image of the bloodied five Kage stood before a man in red armor. The red eyes burned into me as his sharingan spun as he kept into battle. The image disappeared and we all went silent.

"How could I even get back if I wanted to?" I asked as panic entered my throat

"Kurama is our there doing his best to bring you back." Mom said glancing up at the sky

"You little shit" I heard someone yell from above as I looked up to see a chibi orange fox fall from the sky in front of me

"Bringing people back from the dead is a pain in the ass, if it were another body you would be ash by now" Kurama said in his baby like form

"Good to see you foxy." I said with a smile

"Yeah yeah just take my paw and we can go back." He said as he raised his paw.

"Just one more minute." I said as I pushed him aside and hugged mom and dad

"I'll miss you" I said letting a tear fall

"Yeah yeah now go save everyone you mushy son of a bitch" mom said as you hugged me getting a bitter yet playful reaction out of dad

"Yeah remember those grandchildren we talked about" dad said as I let go and grabbed Kurama's hand and felt an overwhelming power flush through my body. I had enough time to give them one last smile before I was once again standing on a sandy battle field.

*Sakura's POV

Tears fell from my face as Kurama grunted as he flooded more Chakra into Naruto trying to bring him back. Temari comforted me Gaara stood guard waiting for the nine tails to turn on us. After a moment of grunting Kurama seemed to start crumbling away as Naruto's body began to glow.

"You shits ow me big time" Kurama said as the remained of his chakra entered Naruto's body as it fell limp to the ground. After a minute or two we all stood there shocked as Naurto began to stand up with slightly longer hair and more pronounced whiskers on his face. We all were about to break out in cheer before we saw him fall to the ground again

"Ouch ouch ouch ouch ouch"

A/N

I'm back and not any better than ever. I will finish this by the end of March (is what I'll keep telling myself) but I will finish this story along with my other before my first semester in college (fuck I'm old) and I'm rusty sorry if this was bad but we got a chapter and the next one will bring back the hype.
