chapter twenty nine

When Jason came in almost half an hour later Michael was complaining to Steven "would you at least put on the TV for me while you flirt with sarah "

" where's Sarah? He asked as he entered, he was in shorts and t-shirt.

" here " I said standing up.

" I thought you guys were playing a joke on me "

" no " I said smiling sweetly at him.

He came and hugged me and went to greet Michael.
" nice seeing you sarah " he said taking a seat with Michael and I didn't miss the suspicious look in his eyes when I sat back close to Steven. A little too close.
These days I can't help but notice the odd stares I was getting from Jason when he sees me with Steven. But then after that phone call with Steven I feel like I know him and I felt totally comfortable with him, I see pass the rumors I heard about him. And now I feel like we've become good friends and the way he looks at me seems like he wants us to be something more.......

After a while Jason asked. " what brought you here Sarah, why the surprise visit?

" I came to visit you guys "

" I thought you came to see me " Steven said.

" yes and Jason too "

" no. if you came to see me you would have come to my house" Jason said.

" c'mon" I defended

" Mike let's go to my house and let them have some privacy " Jason said to Michael.

" yes cos I've been invincible here till you came " said with a grin

" that would be a great idea " Steven agreed

" oh Jason " I said.

Mike got up and I was about to get up too but Steven held my arm. " let them go and I'll take you out "

" where? I asked.

" utopia......." Jason said and bursted out laughing.

" you know what. Actually I came to see Steven, you can go " I said frowning and Steven smirked.

" yes we're leaving " Jason said as he and Michael walked out. He paused to touch my cheeks smiling.

" so where are we going? I turn and asked Steven.

" boutique?
I shook my head and laughed.

" park?

" nope "

" how about club sobi?

" are you for reals?

" yes " he said smiling

" by this time?

" I have to get something from a friend at club Sobi, so let's go there and then maybe we can eat at a restaurant on our way back "

" ok sounds like fun "

" let me get dressed then " he said and went into his room.
I stare at the door and wondered what his room would look like and how many people were allowed in there. I turned and watched the show on the TV as I wait for Steven.

When he got out I took in his appearance, he wore a nice sky blue button shirt, black trousers and black shoes, I noticed the two top buttons of his shirt were loosed revealing the white shirt inside. His hair was combed nicely and was shining black, He looked so attractive. Everything about him seem perfect.

" are you checking me out?

I smiled and looked away " you look good "

" thanks Sarah, and that is the first compliment you've given me "
