She resisted him. Amaya frowned deeply and grabbed Rage's wrist with both of her small hands and nearly fell over in the process. Her lungs were ceasing up and her head was continuously throbbing... Not to mention her joints. They were extremely stiff and sore.

Still, she was going to try. She pulled as hard as she possibly could, trying to get Rage into his room. It was almost impossible. The older teen was just too heavy. Her heart beat too fast and her head hurt too much. One more weak pull sent her tumbling into the wall, head-first.

Her headache worsened on impact.

Of course, she didn't actually feel the pain a normal person would feel if they fell clumsily into a wall. No. She felt internal damage. She groaned softly and sneezed, everything getting worse.

"Please, Rage. Just go to your room and rest," she muttered weakly.

"What are you smilin' at?" the two feral partners quipped, scrunching up their faces in small snarls. They weren't trying to be rude to the brown-haired man. Rather, they were STILL trying to scare Awaji.

Gracie

Rage stumbled out into the hallway at Amaya's pull; a dizzy spell had overtaken his head again. He was able to catch himself - Amaya wasn't so lucky. Her head kiss the wall with a fantastic thud and the noise made Rage's stomach immediately drop.

"Please, Rage. Just go to your room and rest," Amaya murmured.

The black haired teen swallowed another bought of coughs and slumped into a crouch in front of Amaya. He took several, quick deep breaths - then scooped her up with a painful groan. She weighed a ton. Maybe a ton and a half.

He walked as quickly as he could with the urgency of a person desperate to set something heavy down with one trip. He plopped Amaya onto her bed, and in the process, he hit the comforter next to her face-first.

Thank God that impact hadn't been with the floor.

Rage moaned - it was the most verbal noise he'd made since he could remember - and pushed himself up onto his arms, the limbs shaking. What had gotten over him all of a sudden? Since when did he get so sick so fast?

He wasn't sick. No. He was not sick. This was just...stress. Yes. There were a lot of worries on his mind so it'd only be natural that it'd catch up to him eventually.

The orange eyed teen couldn't hold himself up. He dropped back onto the bed on his side. Another black cloud enveloped him and this time, he relented. His last conscious thought: She better sleep....

Scythe just smiled more. Awaji took a few steps back so he partially hid behind his older friend, uncomfortable. "I'm always happy when Vell-kun's family is around. Go on in, if you want to see Amaya-san."

Awaji looked over his shoulder into the apartment just then to see Rage rushing into Amaya's room, the purple haired girl in his arms. He frowned. "Senpai, Rage-senpai's...?"

"Hm?" Scythe looked, too, but the hall was empty from where he stood. "What about Rage-kun?"
