"I told him," Amaya squeaked, munching on a cookie she magically produced from her satchel.
Kiba and Yuki blinked, taking the forks and tearing the meat off with their rather large canine teeth. The two laid their forks on top of each other and proceeded to chew on their steaks, grinning cutely at each other.
"Ma, Ami-san, why'd you tell?"
"So I wouldn't have to do it this time," Amaya returned, finishing her chocolate cookie in less than five seconds. Her stomach growled with content and she hopped off the counter, patting her flat tummy. "You two are only nice to people you don't know."
"That's unfair and untrue!" Kiba snapped trough his chunk of meat.
A pause.
"It's entirely true." Amaya balled up the wrapper from her cookie and tossed it right at the middle of Kiba's forehead, satisfied with the tiny crinkle as it hit him.
"Na, why'd you do that?"
"Because you both are STILL half naked."

Awaji groaned and ducked back into the room for safety. Scythe chuckled. "You two should probably get dressed before Waji-Waji vomits in my room. Besides, you and Amaya-san have a mission to go on, don't you?"
Rage looked up from the skillet he was cooking in. "D:"
"What?" Scythe asked. "She's feeling better now. And she is a kunoichi - she'll have to start taking missions again sometime."
The black haired teen ducked his head with a frown. She'd JUST gotten better. It wasn't as if she'd had a few days to rest from the after-effects of illness. He'd rather her just relax for a day or tw--
The door swung open and Vell ambled inside, shivering and stomping his boots of snow. "How did it get this cold, this fast?" he grouched as his black ears flicked snow from his head.
"Vell-kun!" Scythe piped, grinning widely. Rage's face portrayed only a single word and everyone could understand it: KNOCK.
Vell glanced over at Kiba and Yuki and he rolled his eye. "Oh for the love of-- Untangle yourself from the mutt and get your ass in gear, Niece. Onii-san'll kill me if I have to tell him you were gettin' dirty with a dog. =__="
"You really think Awaji would've survived if they actually had?" Scythe asked, quirking a brow.
"Meh. Guess not." Suddenly the teen's nose twitched and he looked towards the smell of spiced beef. "Naa, naa, you're gonna share that right?" He walked around Amaya and stood next to Rage almost expectantly.
The black haired teen sighed and plucked a piece of steak with chopsticks, holding it up. Vell took the bite with his teeth and chewed contentedly. At least it would shut him up for a minute or two.
