"Kazu-kun!" Rukia squeaked, nuzzling his cheek with concern all over her cute face. "I'm so sorry! Who did it to you? I'll kill them! I swear I will!"
Cue record scratch thing that indicates a ruined moment.
"Kill? Rukia, you couldn't hurt a damn fly if you wanted to," Kazuki quipped, pushing the redhead off of him with utmost gentleness. "You've never been able to willingly hurt something!"
"Don't yell, hn. It's rude," snapped the blond of the two with the bamboo hats.
"Kazu-kun is so mean," whined little Rukia quietly. "I'm only worried..."
The poor guy dead panned and dropped his head again, more tempted to bang on the table a good hundred times. One, he was nervouse. Two, Rukia killed things now. Three, he was sooooo about to be killed for being rude. Great. He was right. Scythe was wrong.
At least he had the comfort of knowing that.
He frowned and whipped his head up again. "Rukia. Scythe. Outside. Now." Snippy much. "You two scary dudes, stay." Maybe THAT was going to kill him cuz he coulda swore a knife or something flew by his face and a drop of blood slip down his cheek.
[Hes so awkward xD]

"Cue record scratch thing that indicates a ruined moment" made my day. XD]
Scythe was out of his seat and pulling Kazuki out of his in the same instant the wound appeared on the blind teen's face. He stood protectively in front of Kazuki, eyes on the two men, who he hadn't seen move. He still smiled, even if it was subdued a little.
"Oi, no need to get violent. You're not exactly friendly-looking," Scythe pointed out. Jeez. He promised he wouldn't get Kazuki hurt, and this happens. Great.
Kazuki was already leaving the restaurant. Scythe gave the two cloaked men a wary glance before hurrying after the blind teen, wondering why the tone in his voice made it sound as if Scythe was in trouble.
[Scythe's such a child. XD]
