Amaya blinked and called out his name, eyes blank as usual. She knew he was terribly confused, but he didn't need to be. A shake of her head. She frowned.
This boy had such odd feelings.
She peeled her blankets off of her and stood up, stepping over to her table. Grabbing her scarf she pulled it around her neck and loosened it so she wouldn't choke, tied her headband in her mussed hair, frowned while she stuffed her equipment into the respective pouches and satchels. She latched each onto her hip and thigh, working her way out of her door. She sighed.
Either her body would go back to its awful state from the day before or she was going to be an all around badass.
Who knew? Who cared? She shook her head and walked down the hall, almost tripping over her feet when she saw Yuki and Kiba half naked on the floor with each other. What the hell? She pushed hersel up against the wall, alarmed at such an inappropriate display in her shared apartment.
She had half a mind to scream at them.
Gracie
Rage had taken eggs and a skillet out and was attempting to put his mind on making scrambled eggs when he heard someone stumble. Amaya had glued herself to the wall and was staring down at something on the floor with great disgust and shock. He followed her gaze. Instantly regretted it.
With his long stride, the black haired boy hadn't even brushed Yuki and Kiba as they slept in a tangle on the floor. He had no shirt on. They were way too close for comfort. Rage tore his eyes away quickly and was now fascinated and absorbed in whisking the eggs just right.
"Senpai?" Awaji was coming out of their room, summoned by the sounds of someone in the kitchen. "Are you sure you're better? You don't have to make breakfast if you don't feel good," he yawned.
If only Rage had the voice to warn him. All he could do was reach out his hand with a grimace, knowing the reaction all too well.
Awaji stubbed his toe on Kiba's back. He looked down. Stared. Stared. Stared. Screamed.
"OH SWEET CRUCIFIED CHRIST!! >A<"
Rage trained his orange eyes on the egg mixture he poured into the skillet with a mental apology to everyone in the apartment for no reason whatsoever.
Me
Sweet mother of god, what were those two idiots doing? Amaya stared, eyes wide, at the pair of feral lovers tangled about on the floor. They hadn't even made so much as a twitch even when Awaji yelled. These two were half naked.
On the floor.
In the living room.
Sound asleep.
Impervious to waking up.
Amaya peeled herself off the wall and stalked into kitchen around the corner, her desired location being the refrigerator filled with sweets and flavored water. It was a beacon of light and her saving grace from all this awkwardness. Oh the holiest of holy sweets!
"Kiba..." Yuki mumbled, rolling over onto her side and somehow scooting closer to the still-sleeping and peaceful looking boy.
Gracie
"Scythe-senpaiiiiiiii!" Awaji shouted, running into the eldest person's room. It was both to reprimand the brown haired man and to get away from that sight not meant for innocent eyes. "Get them out! They're being weird! I told you they'd do that!"
Rage glanced at Amaya as she scuttled into the kitchen and into the light of the open refrigerator, empathetic. Those feral, lovestruck people really did make the whole apartment uncomfortable. Especially since they were doing that RIGHT on the floor in the middle of the most public room in the apartment.
Scythe was now dragged out of his room by an exuberant Awaji, rubbing his eye of sleep. He observed Kiba and Yuki at his feet and shook his head with an airy sigh.
"Someone has to wake them up," he decided.
"Not. It," Awaji snapped. He was hiding in Scythe's room's doorway as if the affection the couple showed would bring on an explosion or something equally as dangerous.
"I don't feel comfortable waking them up, either," Scythe admitted. "And Rage-kun has breakfast so he can't be bothered."
Rage inwardly said a prayer of thanks to Kami.
Now Scythe turned to the purple haired girl fixated with their refrigerator. "Amaya-san, I'm glad you're better! Good morning. Listen, they're your friends, so would you mind...? ^^;"
[Awaji. XD He's so great.]
