About the Stories:

What is it called?

The Girl Who Pretended To Have Cancer

Genres?

Teen Fiction/Romance

Who is the main protagonist (character)?

Astrid Reilly

What are they like?

She is the main character you'll love to hate. She's an attention seeker who takes her need to attention to the next level.

Summary/Synopsis of the story:

Attention.

That’s all Astrid Reilly cares about.

Attention.

She loves it; she craves it; it’s her very own drug. And it’s not hard to see that Astrid is addicted.

She has the prefect boyfriend, the most loyal of friends and the popularity that most kids only dream of, all thanks to sweet, sweet, attention. For Astrid though, it’s still not enough. She needs more.

After moving in with her oddly cheery cousin, Elsbeth, and her entourage, Astrid has the idea that will change the way people look at her forever. It would leave a lasting legacy and give her more attention than she could ever dream of.

She was going to pretend she had cancer: and then she’d get all the attention she’d need.
