About the Stories:
What is it called? ReGenesis
Genres? Hard to define Modern day Fantasy with action and a dash of paranormal stuffs
Who is the main protagonist (character)? Arif and Nina
What are they like?
Arif: A 17 years old guy. Tied to normalcy and mediocrity in his whole life. The typical average Joe. I described him as a blank slate, like his personality though further into the War, he started to develop....little by little. Wielder of the Crest of Genesis
Nina: The hard-headed and driven 19 years old girl. Filled with confidence and poise when presenting herself in front of others but actually is playful around her friends and family. She respects her dad greatly and that is her main source of motivation. Wielder of the Crest of Tukang, the power to change materials into weapons
Summary/Synopsis of the story: The Year 2020, Malaysia A War just erupted between 24 Houses. A War that happened behind the scenes, hidden from the public view. A War for the title of King who will rule Malaysia from the shadows, manipulating politics and economies to his or her will. A War which took place in an alternate dimension called Tengah Where representatives used their powers from their respective Crest, in order to gain dominance over the other and ultimately, be crowned as King.
A young man was thrown into the War, clueless of his fate and destiny. He struggled on, desperate for his own survival. As the wheels of fate turned, he found out he had a bigger role to play
Extra information about the story: Took place in Malaysia, an unorthodox setting. I utilize my country's rich culture, language and the fact that it's a multiracial country into telling my story.
