About the author:
I love music (alternative, indie, some rock, techno, dubstep, electric, etc.), Doctor Who, Sherlock, Burn Notice, Pysch, Suits, Fairly Legal, Nine Lives of Chloe King, etc. I love to read, write, and fangirl. :D I really like writing about a tortured protagonist/ secondary character. It makes everything so much more interesting.
Author's Name (Wattpad):
promethean
Where are you from?:
USA (wish I was in UK :D)
Where do you get inspiration from?:
I don’t like to think of it as inspiration, because I’m not inspired to do anything. Most of the time, an idea pops into my head, and if I like it, I write it down. I guess I could say that I’, inspired to try and start making a living for myself (I would love to be a published author). Also, What are your interests?: I swim, I play soccer, I’m on the Science Bowl team at my school, and I write. :D
What genres do you like to read?:
The same things I write :D
What genres do you like to write?:
“human relations and interactions”, so teen fiction, thriller, angst.
What stories do you hate?:
Badly written stories. I don’t care what it’s about, because a truly good writer can make an alternative girl pick up a One Direction fic: if it’s really good, I’ll read it.
Any advice for budding authors who don't know where to start?:
I don’t know. :D I tend to do things backwards. I used to find a picture for a cover, give it a name that looked good on the cover and go from there. Some of the time, it’s worked, but nowadays I usually do it differently. I’m sort of… not a pessimist, but I definitely don’t give the human race all the “credit” some people think it deserves. For me, the big focal point is what is wrong with society, and how we got where we are today as both a race and a society. That’s how I’ve gotten the idea for many of my stories, that and suicide, depression, and the like. Another thing to do is to think of the simply things around you. A really good story includes little things about the characters, and once you know a little bit about your characters, you can think of what they would do, etc. So my advice to new writers, I guess, could be: don’t be afraid to write down those little mental movies we all make in our minds. :D

It starts with a mistake. And then it all unravels. And that is when the gamebegins.
Kael Overture has been admitted to the most exclusive boarding school in the county on scholarship: Everwood Academy. A top-tier school, most of the students at the school are there to learn. But the rest... well, they have their own personal vendetta.
And with a psychopath who can't seem to keep her cool, two sociopaths who are on opposing sides, an alcoholic with a secret, a bulimic who doesn't know she's being played, and a secret society that has a screw loose, Kael's life is about to get a whole lot more exciting...

Summary/Synopsis of the story:
She stood at the stairs, backpack by her feet, and looking out over the railing. She didn’t move, and he could tell, even from behind, that her hands were wrapped around the bar that was slightly above her waist. Her small frame was quivering, not enough to be truly noticeable, but it was enough to make him slow. The bell rang, signally the end of lunch and the start of the passing period, and she did not move, and he did not move. She was shaking now, and the halls were beginning to fill with people. Her left leg began to bend and rise up to the rail, and her muscles showed though her thin arms as she began to lift herself up. He dropped his books, running across the hall, pushing past the students in his path, and grabbed her, arms around her waist, as he pulled her back.
And it was the beginning of the end.
Extra information about the story:
Sad, emotional. I really tried on this one to make it “beautiful” if you like, and I hope you like it! :D
