"Arjun..." Dev's voice croaked as Arjun blinked at him in confusion.

"What....Is everything-"

"The location is showing up..." he breathed making Arjun gasp.

----------------------------

"Dev.... Tell me what are you doing? Are you sure about all this?" Arjun asked as he stared at Dev dumbfounded.

"Call our guys and tell them the location. Don't waste any more time Arjun..." Dev spoke as he increased the speed of his car.

"I am trying Dev! Wait....urg.... Feels so horrible to be with you. I rather be with Sona right now" Arjun groaned with frustration.

"Wait....what?" Dev snapped his face towards Arjun.

"What?" Arjun blinked confusedly.

"What did you just say?"

"I said I am trying to call-"

"No...Not that. After that?"

"Ouh.... Um... I said I rather be with Sona than to be with you" he rolled his eyes and Dev's eyes widened. His face brightened and his lips lifted up in a smirk. He looked at Arjun with a determined look.

He knew what he was going to do....

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

"Gosh....Thank you so much Arjun!"

Sonakshi didn't know how many days had passed. It felt like she was laying there for years. Every minute passed with great difficulty. She laid on the rough surface with blood seeping beneath her skin and fractured ribs. There were no doctors, no evidence and no help.

Sonakshi didn't understand why her father didn't kill her. At least it would have been easier for her to escape the pain, rather than struggling in the dark place. The dark dungeon felt like a real grave. Everything about the place scared her. She feared the way those men looked at her. The smell, the blood and people....everything disgusted her.

Even in that unconscious state, she had tried adjusting her dress and covering her modesty to the fullest. The moment she realized that she was still wearing Dev's dress, anger filled her mind. She felt repulsed even by the thought of it. Her hatred for Dev had reached infinity and she knew that there was no forgiveness for him even during death. Thinking about him only caused hurt to spread through her heart.

Even her basic needs weren't met. He didn't even think about anything when he handed her over to them. She was given little water and a slice of bread once a day. She stared at the ceiling and saw the rusty, torn patches on the wall. For once, Sona felt happy that her mother wasn't there with her. At least she didn't have to witness such a cruelty. Her mother was a lucky woman. She fled the violence and went somewhere safer. Somewhere far away from this world....

"Please.....leave me alone! Please I can't take it..." her mother's wailing was all she heard as she pressed her palms harder against her ears to stop the sounds from entering her ear.

No matter how much she tried, she couldn't prevent the sound from entering her ears. They ripped her heart apart. The pain of not being able to help her mother was what tore Sonakshi even at a young age.

"Mummy...." She sobbed as she buried her face and sat in a small corner outside the room where her mother was tortured.

Approximately after an hour, the door was opened. Her father walked out with a heavy belt in his hands. Sona shivered as she saw her father nearing her. Squeezing her eyes shut, she heard his heavy footsteps approaching her side.
