They were so busy fighting, hugging, crying, blaming and screaming that none of them realized that a pair of eyes was watching them from far.

A pair of eyes.....burning in rage.......eyes that could destroy the life of Sonakshi's forever.....

Natasha's POV

Hatred.... That's what I felt at that moment. Sonakshi Agarwal, my supposedly best friend, in the arms of Dev Sharma??

Wow

Whenever she was in need, I had always ran towards her, provided her shelter, paid for her school fees, brought her away from her pathetic family and helped her as much as possible. Yet in the time of need, she betrayed me. 

Such an ungrateful bitch.

She knew that I liked him...no I loved him. I still do. She knew how depressed I was when he didn't answer my call. She had seen my sufferings for the past one month and yet, she went behind my back! What had she been doing without my knowledge to trap him? Jeez.... Of course, she should have been laughing at my miseries....mocking behind my back. How stupid could I have been?

My mind refused to believe that Sonakshi was doing this. She was a girl dedicated to her morals and dignity. She would never do something so low......so cheap.... this is so.... not her!

I was rushing back to the shopping mall after a long day of shopping. I ditched my classes as usual and strolled at the roadside when the weather decided to turn bad. But that didn't stone me at my spot. The weather was the least of my worries because what I saw a few meters ahead, was tearing me apart.

Dev was dragging Sonakshi out from the road, away from a few girls who were standing there with their cameras. At first, I thought that it might have been a coincidence that they both met at the roadside. But before I could cross the road and talk to them, he quickly dragged her towards a small booth, which hid them from the crowded city. I curiously followed them to ask what they were doing but before I could reach, Dev enveloped her waist in his arms. 

The minute I saw that, my whole body froze and my legs almost failed beneath me.

If anyone told me that Sonakshi was betraying my trust, I would have never believed them. I would've definitely thought that they were lying because the Sonakshi I knew, would never talk to guys. She would freak out even when a guy approached her for a conversation. But here, I saw it with my two eyes. How could she have flattered Dev Sharma?

My mind couldn't process with anymore images. Dev was playing with her phone while she was having a hard time reaching for it. They looked so comfortable in each other's embrace....so much that it disgusted me. It made me wonder how long they had been having this illicit affair behind me.

The next thing I saw was, Dev walking recklessly in the road. My mind panicked as I stood frozen on my spot. My eyes widened when a car almost hit him. I wanted to run and help him, but my legs were glued at my place. The next words he said, broke me completely.

"Come on Sona.....you can do it baby" his voice were lost in the sound of cars, but it was loud enough for my ears to catch them.

Baby? He claimed that he had no time to meet me but here, he was sneaking out with this slut? From when had he been using such endearments on her? As far as I knew, they didn't even communicate with each other. Then how was this possible? Was it all an act in front of me? Have I been that oblivious to my surroundings? How could I have missed that ungrateful bitch's doing?
