"Keith." Pidge rolled her hazel eyes, as she sheepishly smiled to her aunt Gia, then temporarily stepped out.

"Do you need help? Because if you do, go to Lance's place. Him and Matt should be coming home anytime now." Pidge shooed.
Keith swallowed. "Pidge, something's been happening. . ." Keith timidly paced.
His heart rate was twice as fast than Pidge's.
"What? What's been happening?" She anxiously asked, waiting to return to her family. "That's the thing." Keith began, finally stopping his steps.

"I don't know. All I know is that I end up at this place every night, then something happens, then I'm left in front of Hunk's house." Keith confused himself, that was certain.
"What happens though?" Pidge, who was now concerned, asked. "I-I have no idea. But it hurts, it hurts really bad, Pidge." Keith crouched down, gripping the sides of his head.
"Oh God, Oh God. What did I do?" Keith mumbled to himself, breathing very heavily.

"Wher-Well, where does it hurt?" Pidge stared down at him. "Everywhere! Pidge. . ." Keith showed a glint of anger and hopelessness.
"My brain hurts, Pidge!" Tears flowed down the corners of Keith's eyes. Lance and Matt were seen conversing, walking happily up the block. "LANCE! MATT!" Pidge waved in a nervous manner, calling them over.

They exchanged looks, then looked to Pidge and a crying Keith, and then. . . ran.
Pidge couldn't let Matt know. His mother and aunt finally came back, his father may forgive him. Keith was Lance's responsibility for now.
Rachel was at work. Veronica was at her classes. Lance's grandmother and nieces and nephews went out with his mother and uncle.

"Matt, some people are here to see you. And Lance, you have to do something for me. Matt, go on." Matt was practically thrown into his former house. Lance glared at Pidge suspiciously. "What's up with Keith?" Lance sounded like a douche, but he really wasn't.
He was just mildly concerned, very concerned.
"You have to take care of him for me. My mom, dad, and aunt came back. Just once, please. He's been like this for a week, I-I don't know what to do." Pidge guiltily gazed at the boy.

"He's been like this for a week and you didn't tell me?! Pidge. . ." Lance hesitated as the sun set behind them. Even though it was only October, the sun set quite quickly.
Pidge wore an apologetic expression.

"Okay."
...

Keith threw himself of Lance's bed as the other boy was left to wonder by himself. "What's wrong? Why have you been crying all this time and not come to me? What have you been doing for the past week, why are you skipping classes? Keith, I'm worried." Lance interrogated. "I'm sorry." Keith blankly said.
"That doesn't answer any of my questions."

"I said I'm sorry. I don't need to answer your questions if I don't choose to."

"Keith. Come on, I thought that we were. . . closer than regular people."

"Lance! Don't force me to tell you."

"You need to tell me! If I don't know, how am I supposed to help?!"

"Fine! I know what happened Lance! I've been lying to Pidge." Keith admitted.

"Why? What have you even told Pidge?" Lance wasn't just asking out of curiosity, this was out of genuine concern.

"That I go to this club and 'something' happens, then I show up in front of Hunk's house." Keith's eyes were now teary, he looked. . . sad. More than usual. "I took drugs, Lance. Once, then again, and again." Keith truthfully spilled.

"Keith. Besides the fact that you did drugs, What 'something' happens?" Lance stood, now sitting next to the boy, worrying about his wellbeing. Keith was quite hesitant, and that wasn't normal. Unless it was about feelings, Keith said whatever the hell he pleased. Lance notably, and kind of subtly, held Keith's hand.

"Lance. Promise me one thing." Keith looked up with tears already dripping accidentally.
"Yeah?" Lance whispered, though nobody was currently in the house.

"I know—that you may look at what type of person I am differently after this—"
"You are really crazy, Kogane. I'll always. . .
I'll always like you." Lance wasn't incoherent about this. He had his mind set on one opinion, and it would stay that way. "Okay." Keith sighed. Moments of silence passed.

"I—I was raped. Continuously." Keith defensively covered his face with both hands, slightly embarrassed. Lance took his hands down, showing his beautiful violet eyes and the way his eyelashes curled up when he cried. He was beautiful. Lance wasn't even ashamed to think it.

Lance wasn't going to say I'm sorry.
It made no sense, he didn't do anything.
What he would say sorry for, though, was not being present to help Keith through the situation. Never say I'm sorry when the problem wasn't your fault.

"I'm sorry that I wasn't there to help. But now, you have to promise me one thing." Lance calmly approached. This wasn't Keith's fault.
"Never go back to that club. Doesn't matter how you feel: heartbroken, sad, lonely. I'm here for that. So please, promise me that you'll stop taking whatever drugs you took and that you'll
always come to me." Lance offered, more like ordered.

Keith smiled weakly, noticing that Lance had his fingers intertwined with his own.
"I promise." Keith leaned on Lance's shoulder.
What an interesting day, which was ended
with a beautiful family reunion along with a life long promise. Oh, yes! The reunion!

"Ma?" Matt breathily hugged his mother tightly from behind. Colleen's facial expression softened. "My baby boy! My son. You're okay."
She sunk into Matt's chest, tearing up.
"I'm fine. How about you?" Matt smiled brightly, which took up the majority of his face.
"I'm okay. I'm okay. You got so handsome! And you have a girlfriend! That's amazing!" Colleen was unaware that she wasn't supposed to actually tell Matt that he had a girlfriend.

Matt's smiled transformed into a scowl.
Turning back to his sister, he couldn't help but laugh at her heartwarming expression.

"Yeah, well sort of. We aren't dating, because well— she's not ready yet and—" Matt tried to explain. "She's pregnant." Pidge informed.

Colleen's eyes widened.

"Matthew Gregory Holt! You got Rachel pregnant before you two got married?" Colleen scolded. Gia stood quickly, not wanting her nephew to get slapped. "No, ma! The baby isn't mine, though I do plan on helping to raise her." Matt defended. "Oh, good. You were about to give me a heart attack." She sighed, relieved.

"You remember me, stinker?" Aunt Gia smiled.

"Of course, what's your name? Mia?" Matt teased, though that's what he used to call her.

"Oh shut up!"

Gia and Matt were close in age, being she was the youngest sibling and Colleen was the eldest. Matt and Gia shared an embrace.

"I missed all of you—dad?"
