Lately I've been wanting to write so much more, it's because of all you guys! So, I'm writing this on Sunday, when this chapter is supposed to go up on Wednesday 😂 hope you enjoy!
By the way, this chapter is like 1000 words don't kill me please ahhh

Keith fell flat out asleep on the dining table.
The other three weren't going to bother him, even though he was snoring heavily.
"Soo..." Pidge glanced at her two friends.
"So, are we going shopping? It's Black Friday after all." Lance remarked, intertwining his fingers and placing his hands on the table.
"Interesting question. I'm in. How about you, Pidge?" Hunk turned to the hesitant girl.

"Uh, I'm not sure. Only if Keith's up for it."
Pidge shrugged, shoving the sleeping boy's arm. "Mmm," Keith responded lazily.
"You wanna go Black Friday shopping?" Pidge asked, smiling a bit. "Hmm?" He hummed in a askance manner. "Black Friday." Pidge repeated. Keith longingly pick up his head and stared. "Are they going?" Keith asked, acting as if Lance and Hunk weren't in the room.

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure they want you to come." She winked happily, and Keith slammed his head back down on the table. Hunk jumped a little, coughing and playing as if nothing happened. "That's a yes?" Pidge shook Keith slightly. "Mhm," He hummed. "Then it's settled my friends." Pidge stood, placing her arms on her hips. "This is crazy. I went to jail and we're going shopping." Keith mumbled, though they all could make out his words.

"Deal with it, Kogane." Pidge rolled her eyes, ruffling his hair playfully as she passed.

...

The mall was a goddamn mess.

The teens weren't about to go in until...

"Ugh." Keith sighed, pushing his sunglasses up his sweaty nose. "Come on, Keith! Let's go get sneakers!" Lance dragged his poor boyfriend along with him as Hunk and Pidge chuckled.
"Ah, Lance is something else." Shiro giggled from behind them. Hunk glanced back, and a smile appeared on his face. "Hi." Shiro held his arms out for hugs. Pidge latched on to him as quicker than a lightening bolt, Hunk did the same. Only if Shiro knew the hell they face last night...he could've helped.

"Pidge. You need sleep, you're dark circles are like...really dark." Adam popped up from behind Shiro. "Oh, hey Adam." Hunk smiled sweetly, Adam did the same. Pidge pursed her lips, waving gently. The four walked in together, huddled against each other.
People pushed past them, in front of them, people were fighting and pulling each other's hair. Hunk and Pidge shared an unsure glance.
"Maybe this wasn't the best idea." Hunk gulped. Pidge only laughed.

"My question is—where's Lance and Keith?"
She whispered, though Hunk was concentrated enough to hear her. "I have no clue." His shoulder's fell. Shiro and Adam pulled the two teens along, mostly for supervision.
But as soon as Hunk and Pidge laid their eyes on a boba shop in the mall, they ran.

...

"You remember when school was about to start and we went to Lotor's party?" Pidge asked as she sipped her green apple bubble tea.
Hunk followed big a big slurp, then smiled.
"Yeah. That night changed quite a lot of things." He said. "Mhm, us meeting Keith, the ending of Lotor's and I's friendship, Lance and Allura's kiss." Pidge sighed, shaking her head.
Hunk studied her expression, it was tense.
"You came back crying.." Hunk mumbled.

"Now that I realized it, it don't think Keith ever found out about that." Pidge bit her lip.
Hunk frowned. "I'm sure Lance told him."
He hoped. "He had to. Lance trusts Keith."
Hunk slouched, really thinking about it.
Lance wouldn't tell Keith if it hurt their relationship, and Keith's too stubborn to realize that was in the past.

"Hunk.." Pidge whispered.

"Hmm?" He hummed as a reply.

"I did something that day. When I came back crying." Pidge swallowed. Was she ready to come out and say it?

"What is it?" The boy asked.

The girl stared into his hazel eyes.

"I—I actually wrote a book full of rants and poems and—things of that nature." She averted her gaze, and Hunk smiled.

"What's so bad about that, Pidge?" He said, taking a short sip of the boba.

"It was about Lance." Pidge blinked, Hunk could see her twitching. How she hurt, how she frowned, how she suddenly tensed up, Hunk could see it all.

"Pidge—what's wrong? It's okay if it's about Lance—" Hunk was started to slowly realize.

"I'm not trying to hurt you Hunk. This was a thing—way back in August. Okay? It's November." Pidge was giving a mere warning.
"The suspense is killing me, What is it?" Hunk smiled softly.

"I used to have a thing for Lance." She frowned and Hunk's smile dampened, but it still remained. "Oh." He laughed to himself.

"It's fine. You're not entitled to being my girlfriend," he kindly smiled. "As long as—you know—the feelings aren't there anymore." Hunk felt his heart abruptly swell.

Please say—

"It's totally in the past, Hunk. I couldn't do that to Keith, as well." She smiled, walking out the shop with him.

"I'm in love with you, and only you." Pidge beamed, tiptoeing up to his height, and placing a peck on his cheek. "Me too, Pidge." He hummed as his cheeks turned rose red.

AWH FLUFF!

Yes, Hunk and Pidge are okay, and no hard feelings. I felt like I should explain this a bit...

Pidge kinda had a thing for Lance since their sophomore year, but it was on and off. She and Hunk hung out more, so she gathered that Allura and Lance were also an on and off thing. Though, she knew Lotor was Allura's official boyfriend. And even if Lance was a side piece, Pidge still had hatred toward Allura for that. So you can imagine how Pidge felt when she saw Lance and Allura kiss.

Though, she eventually started cozying up toward Hunk. She slowly realized she made the wrong choice all along.
And now we're here!

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this chapter loves! I'm sooooo sorry I didn't update for like—2 days? I'll be trying to keep updating constantly.
