"Lance. I'm being one hundred percent honest, man. You look like a frat boy." Hunk cringed, and Matt was to busy putting his clothes on.
Lance had on a white undershirt and a blue jacket to cover it, with his iconic 'different shade of blue' pants. "Take off the jacket." Hunk pulled his yellow hoodie over his head.

"Am I supposed to walk in with a white undershirt?" Lance rolled his eyes subtly, advancing on to dig through his bag. Matt noticed his desperate struggles somewhere along the way. He tossed Lance a navy blue flannel shirt. "Don't button it." Matt stated, fixing the sleeves on his caramel-colored t-shirt.

Pidge knocked, leering in. "You hotshots done yet?" She impatiently asked, stepping in fully.
"Yeah, and we have to wait for Allura, anyways." Lance shrugged the flannel on.
Hunk walked out with his string hoodie, and Pidge smiled. "I approve." She pursed her lips.
Matt just proceeded out without acceptance from his own little sister.

"Wait, why are we waiting for Allura? Doesn't she have her own ride, like a limo or something?" Matt mumbled on the last bit.
"We're waiting out of manners, Matt. It's not adult-like to leave for a party without another friend." Veronica walked up the stairs secretly, making Matt and the others jump up.

Pidge scoffed, folding her arms. "Friend? More like very distant acquaintance. She practically invited us the day of the party. Today. I call that: inviting out of manners, Veronica." Pidge meant for her statement to be true, but it came out as sassy. "I understand that. At least she invited you, or else we would all be sitting at the dining table playing uno." Veronica let out a short-lived chuckle.

"I'm up for a game of uno right now." Lance lazily committed. "Weren't you pumped about seeing Lotor and Shiro?" Hunk looked down on him. "Well, Yeah- it's only because they're so nice to me." Lance gushed. Matt studied Lance's sudden awed expression. "And we aren't nice to you?" Pidge's nose crinkled.

Lance blinked "Is that a question?" He drew his lower lip between his teeth. Pidge shrugged boldly, advancing back down the stairs. Hunk and Matt exchanged looks of lost hope. These two would never stop bickering. The doorbell happily chimed, and Rachel peeked out through the blue and white curtains.

Rachel exhaled heavily, putting on a false smile. "Hello Allura, long time no see!" Rachel held her arms out. Allura wore a big happy smile on her rosy face. She embraced Rachel tightly, and peered at the stairs. Pidge was walking down quickly, the boys following her.
Lance's eyebrows raised at the sight of his 'friend'. "Allura! Hey, we'll be out in second." Lance gestured for Rachel to close the door.

Rachel shut the door politely, cringing as she did. Hunk grunted, reaching for Pidge's hand.
"Ready?" He asked, showing her to the door.
Pidge nodded, taking his hand. Lance giggled, and held his hand out to Matt. "Not doing that." Matt pushed him gently, trying to contain his smiles. Lance playfully acted offended.

Allura kicked the dusty gravel at the end of the steps, waiting for the rest of them to get out.
Pidge opened the door slightly, only so she could see Allura. Her outfit wasn't party looking. It was more like strip-club looking.
Was Pidge not supposed to wear a dress?
Once Allura saw Pidge, she opened the door fully. Hunk jerked his head toward the other girl presented in front of him.

"Hey Allura, you look nice." Hunk complimented out of his good soul and heart.
"Hello Hunk, so do you!" She cheerily greeted.
Matt practically drooled all over her, he was absorbed by her beautiful features. Let's just say, Hunk and Matt hung around Allura for the walk. Pidge walked slowly behind them, looking to her feet. Lance noticed the little things, the little spark of fire when Pidge looked at Allura.

He sighed softly, catching up to her pace.
"Hey, shortie." Lance tried walking nonchalantly beside her, raking his hands through his head every once in a while.
"Hey Lance." Pidge still hung her head.
Lance took her hand platonically.
"Shouldn't you be up there with them?" Pidge swatted him away, pointing to Hunk, Matt, and Allura. "I don't want to be up there with them." Lance simply declined the offer.

"Isn't she pretty?" Pidge sarcastically stated, now looking to the side. "She's beautiful, everybody is." Lance saw the little eruption inside of Pidge, the one that spread wildfires in her chest. "Yup." She bobbed her head to agree.
"I wonder if they have peanut butter cookies at Lotor's party." Lance changed the topic quickly. "I'm sure they will." Pidge dragged her feet farther.

"What's wrong, Pidge? Don't tell me nothing, because I know it's not nothing. Don't tell me jealously, because I know that's half of it." Lance tugged at his shirt collar, annoyed.
"It's Hunk. I thought we were going somewhere! Then he wants to run to Allura all of a sudden. And Lance, I'm not going to lie to you. I'm fucking jealous!" She began, loudly whispering. Lance blinked, advancing to listen.

"When I see Hunk, my heart just pounds out of my chest. My brain stops working, and all I can think about is-is him!" Pidge spilled, She didn't have the best timing in the world, but it was okay. As long as she even told Lance, or anybody for that matter. "He even said that he wanted to talk to me about my family problems later tonight." Pidge took a bitter breath.

Lance slumped down, his awed expression and emotion gone. "He didn't run to Allura, Pidge. He'd never. It's Hunk's natural nature to be nice. And you need to except that he has girl-friends. Like Romelle and Allura, they're both considered friends." Lance rarely lectured.
Pidge stayed silent as they walked into the train. Matt sat next to his furious sister on one end of the train.

"I heard everything, Katie." Matt slyly smirked at her, and she blushed. "Shut up," She quietly mumbled. "Never. I'm not teasing you, for once. I'm going to try and help you." Matt grinned from ear to ear. "What do you mean help me? Take away my emotions?" Pidge scoffed. Matt shook his head.

"I have a plan, a good one."

// Hey, the party will officially end at chapter 7! I finally made up my mind. I have school tomorrow [the day I'm publishing this] and I didn't do homework. Help me. //
